This is literally the only vitamin I trust, and recommend to people. I've been taking it for long time, and 100% feel a difference when I don't take it. It's great quality and is powerful! Take with food, or you might regret it!

I have been taking Carlson Super 2 for over 5 years. They helps me to have a less craving for sweets in the morning. Although they do causes me to get very hungry...drinking water decreases the hunger.

It's an excellent product; however, we are still left with the strong, objectionable by some, taste of fish from the product's fish oil contents. This problem is more pronounced when the shipment is exposed to heat , or prolonged heat during transit

I believe that these vitamins are all that they claim to be, and more. After much research, I determined that these vitamins were likely to be the most effective available without a prescription. I always wonder just how absorbable OTC vitamins are—and do they really have what they claim to??Long story short—the smell from the B vitamin component and subsequent nausea, were more than I could bear. I gave it 2 weeks, but I just couldn’t take these vitamins because they were too off putting from the odor and the GI effects. Which is too bad, really. If you have a strong GI fortitude and can handle strong B vitamin smell, I believe that these are a worthwhile investment for health.
