Hi! Will the main storage case hold an Apple Bluetooth keyboard?

No - the case isn’t large enough.

Does the 11 inch iPad Pro fit in sleeve with magic keyboard?

In response to customer demand, we increased the size of the case. The upgrade case can fit 10-13inches tablets and Apple keyboard! At present, only the gray color have all been changed to large sizes, but other colors are still in production... Please let me know if you need any other help :)

I'm curious about the thickness of tablet insert. My tablet is in a protective case. Will it still fit in its sleeve even with the case?

yes...my tablet also is in protective case and it fits fine

Would it be possible to fit both an ipad air 4 and nintendo switch in this bag?

I don’t know the dimensions of the two items you mentioned. I put my full size iPad in there with room to spare. I carry an extension cord, a plug, several cables, ear buds, and portable chargers. I still have room for a few more items. Hope this helps.
