This is one of my best purchases on Amazon. It works very well for small jobs not needing an enormous amount of pressure to hold pieces together. It's easy to use, does not take up much space in storage, and handles well. The price is hard to beat. I am so pleased with this purchase.

The only thing keeping it from a 5 star product is the sturdiness. Obviously the price reflects this, but for a clamp it's important.If you want to glue trim to a frame, and just need to hold it in place, this is perfect.If you want a tight, structural frame, you'd need to use both on one joint for a chance, go for a more expensive 100% metal set.

I used them to hold up tarps around doorways where I wanted to prevent the rooms from getting dirty during some construction being done inside my home. Worked great.

While they will get the job done, they aren't built for thick (>1") pieces of wood. They're flimsy and don't hold things together well.

If you have a light duty job this can be very handy. I used it as a third hand to hold non-structural pieces together while working on a project. It worked fine. I would not use them to secure pieces for gluing. I would fear that clamping too tightly would break the handles. These are hobbyist tools only but they seem to work well for that.

The set of clamps were made with very light, cheap plastic. I thought I mis-purchased from children's toy department. The turn knob to release the clamp was very small, hard to turn and the whole thing was fragile, about to break. I eventually put it on the desk leg I needed to glue, it did not hold, very loose. RETURN.

I use them for plastic and metal car model building. Perfect size.

Light weight hobby only. I thought at first price is acceptable for what you get until two of the clamps didn’t work. Beware

Seem a bit flimsy

I realize it says 6 inch in the description, but i must have read past that, I didn't realize they were so tiny. Probably good for something but pretty weak and useless for larger applications.
