Good for training for anything but it would hurt if you landed on it when diving for a save if you’re using it functionally for GK training. If you’re using it for fitness for your sport then it’s perfect.

You can adjust the Velcro straps I’m a 12

There’s a large amount of adjustment in the Velcro and you can make it as tight or loose as you want really so I’d imagine it would fit size. I’m a medium/large and I have it sinched in pretty tight so I think you’d have more than enough adjustment.
