Is it made of Borosilicate 3.3 glass?

Hi, I don't know if they were made of Borosilicate 3.3 glass, but the glass is very thing and one I was using broke very easily.

is it accurate for measuring ml for medicine?

Yes, it's accuracy would be more than appropriate for medical dosage.

Can these be cleaned in the dishwasher?

Dishwasher won't hurt the glass graduated cylinders. Whether it cleans them enough for your application will depend on wheat you put in them and how sensitive to contamination you are..

Do you make one that measures in ounces instead of this weird metric crap?

That weird metric crap is what science and medicine uses.
