Authentic Oral b replacement heads. They fit really well compared to trying generic toothbrush heads which are noisy and dont clean well. You can't beat the clean with these. My only sticking point is why are replacement toothbrush heads from Oral b so expensive and I find they dont last long which means you need to buy them often. But they do offer an exceptional clean. I had a Sonicare toothbrush before and this is better. So despite the price I will always keep buying these toothbrush heads

Having tried the cheaper versions for the io, so glad that I am back to the originals. For cleaning performance you do get what you pay for.The ultimate clean bristles are the perfect mix of strength and depth to give my (knackered) teeth a perfect clean finish.

I’ve been using the Oral-B iO Ultimate Clean heads for a while now, and they’re easily my favorite replacement heads for the iO series. The cleaning power is noticeable from the first use, my teeth feel smoother and “polished” after brushing, especially around the gum line and between teeth. The bristles feel firm enough to clean well, but still comfortable and not harsh on the gums.They fit perfectly on my iO handle, don’t wobble, and the quality feels premium compared to cheaper alternatives. If you want a strong clean without feeling like you’re scrubbing too hard, these are a great choice. Highly recommended for anyone using an iO brush.
