I put on the number 2 setting and turn my home thermostat down to 65 and I sleep like a baby

Relocated back north from southern Florida after many years to help out with a family member and there’s nothing worse then getting into a cold bed on a winter night in the Midwest. This does the trick. I preheat on #3 and then put on low for the night which is a perfect temp for me. The quilted padding is nice and comfortable. The only draw back is the placement of the electrical connection at the foot of the bed. I find my feet scraping against it at times even though there’s a sheet over it. Would be nice if it was a little further down or on side of mattress at foot of bed. Otherwise money well spent!

The pad is very soft and comfortable and control is easy to use. However, only one quarter of the pad heats up in the pad I received.

My mother is very sensitive to the cold but too cheap to turn up the heat! Not a good combination. I surprised her with the heater on her last visit. Her only complaint was it shut off. It has a 12 hour safety shutoff that almost froze her to death!!! Haha. Great gift

I've had it a week and have happy feet. Really enjoy the pre-heat and was surprised that after pre-heat it goes directly to the heat setting previously chosen. Appreciate being warm and having no cold spots. The plug in for the pad is in an annoying place but it usually doesn't bother me.

Sunbeam is the name of quality. This box was packed perfectly. I had absolutely no trouble getting the heated mattress pad to fit on my 15" deep mattress. I keep the setting on low; it's very cozy. I have already recommended one to my family members and they like it, too! This is comfort!

My daughter is always freezing and this was a perfect accompaniment for her bed. She loves how warm and cozy her bed is after just a few minutes with the mattress pad on warm. Wonderful product and has helped her fall asleep much faster.

While this pad heats up just fine, the material is thin and the plug into the blanket is really annoying. I've had other heated mattress pads but none with the plug so big and bulky. There's no way not to hit it at night.

You have to physically pre-heat if you want to get into a warm bed. Takes over an hour to warm up. Previous sunbeam mattress pad worked much better and faster and could be programmed to come on at a desired time.
