This was made of high quality material. Very sturdy & had a separate piece to make it taller if necessary. Appreciated that. The detail was very well done. A cute & useful addition to the garden.

So far, this cute little frog is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do! I am very pleased now that I found the correct location for it to be most effective.

I love the frog hose guides. They are so cute. I painted the frogs dark green and the lily pad a light green. They look great and work perfect.

These cute hose guides are aluminum, which is great for corrosion resistance but the threads that attach the base to the top are not strong enough to take much abuse. 1 broke within a week when a hose I was reeling in got snagged on it. I fixed it with epoxy, but if they redesigned this with stronger/bigger threads this wouldn’t have been an issue

The lily pad is supposed to go on first, then the frog- but the screw post was too short.

This is smaller than expected and has two pieces that screw together for the post. The upper post screws into the frog pad, however the threaded piece is too short and does not securely hold the pad. I used only the bottom part of the post which was long enough to hold the pad and it sits closer to the ground. Does not work for a hose guide as it is too small and unstable, but I like it sitting under my japanese maple.

The bottom of the frog was not flushed with the leaf and the screw was not long enough so I could not get it to attach. My husband had to sand off the bottom edges of the frog to make it flushed and level with the leaf. When I went to install it, i didn’t realize there were some rocks hidden under ground and about 1” of the bottom tip broke off. I was still able to install it and it looked great, but the quality was not sub par compared to the butterfly and bird that I also got from this brand.
