Best thing I have ever bought on this website.
Ok this is great. I live in California and it's pretty hilly here. This bad boy really does a great job climbing hills. I've tested many hills that I will be frequently. Is the hill your climbing like almost 45°? No, don't even think about it. More like 30° is this scooter's top incline climbing ability. Solution!: Put scooter in beginner mode to be able to move it up the hill while you walk along side of it. Beginner mode is only like 5 mph. So just slightly accelerate the throttle around 2 mph to save battery and be able to not cause damaged to your legs. I find the exercise helpful. This really does have an amazing range on the battery. Be careful to not clip curbs and driveway pans. The scooter does have an ok ability to handle cracks and humps/bumps. Bend your knees to counter this effect. Slow the bleep down also. Novice mode adequate in crowds and busy areas. Do. Not. Operate. With. Out. Two. Hands. Nope. Don't. Even. Think. About. Even. One. Hand. Always. Both hands. Please. Save your neck. I crashed. Learn from me. Thanks. Anyways. This scooter does have an amazing battery. I cruised around like 12 miles and this boy is able to still have like 3/4 battery. Need more tests. The construction is emaculate. This arrived in perfect condition. And fully charged! I did have to loosen the disc brake like everyone else. Be prepared to assemble this scooter. Its pretty easy. The hardest part was the red plug that goes into the top of the handlebars. Push down and up as a tip. The light is a bit dissatisfaction. The light is unajustable. It does do a good job of pointing out large cracks in the road. Just slow down at night I would recommend. The speed is pretty good. I weigh about 220 lbs. It does get to 15 mph. Uphill on a 15° grade it does about 11mph. Steeper angles about 5 mph. Overall this is the most exciting thing I bought on this damn website. Hands down. You enjoy this bay boy and deserve it. Cheers mate.

Great eScooter
This scooter is great for getting around easier than via foot, and the fact that I don't need to pester my friends for rides to places within a reasonable distance. It was ready to ride out of the box, which was a nice bonus. The app is a little finicky when pairing with the scooter after you turn the scooter off and then back in, but other than that, everything works great. The MacWheel support team has also been very helpful when there was an issue on their end regarding the older version of this scooter, and has helped me out with everything from the beginning. I am definitely happy with my purchase.

Prefer Hiboy to ninebot max or Macwheel mx1
I have used a macwheel mx1, ninebot max, and this hiboy scooter. If they were all the same price the ninebot would be great, but it is nearly double what the hiboy costs. And I prefer the simplicity of and lightness of the hiboy and mx1 to the ninebot. The MX1 seems slightly more solidy constructed. But it is missing regen braking, rear shocks, or bluetooth connectivity.

Great scooter! Much improved over previous model.
I bought a Macwheel last year. Like the 3 speeds. Like the cruise control. Battery ok-nothing to brag about. I wanted an app for it which they didn't have. This year they come out with the PRO. Battery lasts much longer. More power. AND it has Bluetooth and an app you can download to your phone. You can change speeds, turn on/off cruise control, turn on/off lights-all with the app. Keeps track of trip mileage and total mileage. Both models have tubeless tires so much less maintenance.I love this scooter. For the price (under ($400) it can't be beat.

My daughter won’t let me ride the new scooter.
Arrived today with 80% charge, bought for my daughters Bday. She ran the battery dry! We have a 2nd one on order can’t wait to join her on some rides. MACWHEEL Customer service has been great on keeping me up to date on my order.

Great value
I bought the MacWheel MX PRO for my commute to work. It saves me alot of wait time eliminating the need for connections between subways and buses. Assembly was simple as was downloading the App(Pairing can be alittle tricky though). The App has many convenient features to assist with operation and functionality. The User Manual though detailed fails to include accessing the three operating modes, turning on headlight or activation of the cruise control(This is a critical issue) without the use of App in case your smart phone is unavailable. I learned it on youtube. The range and battery consumption is excellent, I've operated in all three modes and up to 15mph with no problems. Please wear protective gear when operating especially if not on well paved surfaces. The tires being airless and no shock absorbers you will feel the terrain. The headlight is very helpful operating at night but you can easily miss a pothole, Drain, crack in the asphalt(I narrowly avoided taking a tumble at 5AM. I have to acknowledge that the manual does put alot of emphasis on riding safely). Not the fastest but alot of fun and at 27 pounds a great commuter scooter. folds up easy for storage or transport.

Powerfull
Scooter has lots of power, I'm 176lbs and my son is 60lbs we both ride it together and it's able to go up hills easily with both of us, it has no suspension so expect some bumps, I had to adjust the back brakes as it was to close to the disk but it was a very easy fix, also in the beginning I had to kick it as specified for electric motor to engage but for some reason a few days after it broke if you can call it that meaning now I don't even have to kick it to start it just goes after pressing pressing down the leveler :)
