I have used 3M sticky tape for various purposes over the years, and I must say that it is a highly reliable and durable product. The tape comes in a convenient roll, which makes it easy to use, store and Canopus even included a free branded knife for cutting the tape. The adhesive on the tape is strong and long-lasting, so you can trust that whatever you stick together with it will stay in place. I have used it to fix broken items, hang pictures on the wall, and even for crafting projects. Sticks well on the painted side but did not stick well to the stainless steel trim I was using it for, possibily an adhesion promoter is required the stainless steel side.

Does the job. Took a bit of working out as wasn’t clear that the Velcro bits were meant join together at first. Assumed it was double side tape, all good nevertheless.

CANOPUS Double Sided Tape Heavy Duty Black.15mm x 3M.waterproof Acrylic Foam Tape.Got this Tape to Fix LEDs Aluminium Track to Wall without all that permanent drilling.This does the Job,very good Stick with Foam backed cushion so you can really push it on and Sticks to 3D textured wall paper well.I can not say its Easy & Fast to use when you are Older and wear Glasses? its a real slow Pain to get the Red backing Off.I tried to use the supplied cutting blade to pick up a corner without any Joy (maybe you need good nails) as you end up tearing it which also damages the under Foam. Its great that you can use it Outdoors,but think if its fitting to a Wood Fence in the Garden then i would go with Clips instead?Can not fault its Stickability for skirting boards,walls and ceiling indoors it Holds secure and if you choose the right size then its an invisible fix.A think its a little pricey for only 3mtrs.and possibly a bit awkward to use for some people?
