This bag is not MOLLE compatible. Otherwise, its great.
The panels on this thing *appear* to be a MOLLE panel (Or PALS if you really wanna be pedantic about it) but it is emphatically not a MOLLE panel. The sizing is different, it's only about 22mm high by 27mm wide, not 25mm high by 38mm wide per the NATO spec. You can see the difference in the photo here, I have a MOLLE pouch installed and it doesn't fit right. It's squeezing the panel and wrinkling it.Other than that, this is a great little bag. It's pretty durable and the lifetime warranty is nice. For the price you can't beat it. It's well designed. The side zip pocket is a little narrow, kinda hard to get to the bottom without unzipping the whole thing, which may cause stuff to fall out depending on how you load it. The thing about it not standing up, well, just lean it against something and quit complaining. Also, I moved the chest strap to the next level up the shoulder straps (above the plastic D-rings) because it was too low for it to be effective. Moving both the sides of the shoulder straps took about 2 minutes. Easy.

Would be a great bag... but.
TLDR Version: If you like to weigh down your bag, look elsewhere. If you don't load it up, this might be a good bag for you.I have had this bag for over 6 months now and started traveling a lot more for work. I wanted something that was large enough to carry an ipad, computer, necessary cables, water bottle, emergency bag and an external bag (mission darkness faraday bag) on the MOLLE webbing. I keep electronics and such in the faraday bag.I load this bag pretty heavy, but I can handle it. I am 6'-2", 215 lbs and the weight on my back isn't much. The chest strap keeps the shoulder straps into place and if I really want to lighten the load, I can use the hip straps which are pretty comfortable. The feel of this backpack is amazing (even when fully laden). This reminds me of some of my skydiving rigs that hug my back and don't fling out of place. There is all the good stuff. Now onto the not so good. They must have cheaped out on overlapping the materials or the threads. The carry handle on the top started tearing and so carrying it off body wasn't an option. I ordered some high strength thread and reinforced it and it has been good until this past weekend. The carry handle didn't give lose, now the shoulder straps are starting to tear away from the mesh fabric. They could have easily reinforced those points and fixed this problem.I would give it a five star review if they made it a stronger bag, but for now, I will give it a 3 as I said earlier, I love the bag, it just can't handle what I am throwing at it. I guess onto my next bag.

Love this bag but doesn't sit up by itself
This is an excellent bag and has lots of versatility. I am digital arts teacher so I can load my pack with all of my tech items and still have room for a sweater and my breakfast/lunch meals for the day. The material does feel a little light which isn't a knock, I just wonder if it will hold up for 5+ years. It does have a lifetime warranty so I registered the bag as soon as I got it. The only major con about the bag is that it doesn't have a flat bottom, it is curved so there is not a flat base for it to stand up on its own. This helps the styling of it but not the practicality. I purchased an under desk hook so that I could hook it and keep it upright. Otherwise, you will have to lay it down or lean it against a wall or something. Would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the falling over factor. The bag is also taller than an average backpack which makes the falling over the issue ever more prominent. Lastly, I wish the admin panels opened up all the way, when you have the bag packed to full capacity it makes the flaps a little harder to fold over and access every inch of the admin areas but I can totally live with that. Overall for the price, this is an incredible bag with so many features. If there is a revision of this with a flat bottom I will be trading up for sure.

Was damaged when I received it.
Quality control needs work. The bag was damaged when I received it. It's a great looking bag, I was looking forward to using it, but I don't think I will ever purchase anything 3v Gear again. You only get one chance to make a first impression and this was a bad one.
