Works well on the bridge of the nose

I'm a big fan of strap/saddle bridges. If set correctly they perfectly contour the bridge of your nose and evenly distribute any pressure from the weight of the specs. They grip better than standard nose pads and plastic spectacles, so your specs won't slip down. This product fulfils all these benefits but is slightly thicker and chunkier than equivalent ones I've had from dispensing opticians.Picky fussy people might say they show up slightly more or don't look as good as standard nose pads but since you've got the whole specs frame on your face anyway the difference in appearance is negligible. Standard nose pads (which come in various sizes) my be preferred on minimalist specs which are very light otherwise I'd recommend going for these.

I bought a really cheap pair of glasses because it was the only frame I liked. After half a day my nose was really sore. Seen other reviews about these and thought id give it a go. They worked like a charm and have a lot more grip. No more sore nose so worth every penny. Remember, you need a small screwdriver to fit.

I thought these were much better than the nose pads I have on my specs but I think Its just anything on the top of my nose will irritate and hurt still after a while because my new glasses were heavier framed because I couldn't find any which I liked that had a much lighter frame or the extra money but I would still recommend these nose pads .shame that my eyes keep getting worse with each year even though I did pay extra to get thinner lenses

Bei Verwendung der üblichen kleinen Pads habe ich im Sommer häufig Probleme dass sich unter den Pads Entzündungen bilden. Das hängt vermutlich mit dem hohen Anpressdruck zusammen aufgrund der kleinen Fläche.Seit ich diese Pads mit Steg verwende habe ich dieses Problem nicht mehr, weil sich das Gewicht der Brille auf eine wesentlich größere Fläche verteilt. Die Optiker finden das meist nicht so prickelnd, weil das natürlich dem Gesamterscheinungsbild der Brille etwas schadet. Nun gut, das muß jeder selbst entscheiden.Ich finde die Lösung super!
