For average adult you should procure XL size 18-21.

Is it use for paralysis patient for his left hand?

Yes. We had purchased for paralysed patient and using the same for them. It is useful to tone down the stiff muscles. But does not help internal control nervous system.

For which hand product is comfortable left or right

The product can be used for both hands. The splint comes assembled for the right hand, to use on the left hand, remove the thumb attachment on the right side and fix on the left side.

Is the size are adjustable?

Hi, The product comes in 2 sizes, size 1 & size 2. The size 1 can be used for people having wrist circumference between 14-18 cm, and size 2 can be used by those having size in between 18-21 wrist circumference.
