Great for running, no complaints
This is my first running pack, and I love it! Of course it took a bit to get used to, as I'm rather sensitive. But after a while of finding the right position for it, I don't even realize it's there! You just need to make sure it's tight enough so it won't rub and make you itch. Test out the adjustment straps, odds are you wont find the perfect fit immediately. I keep the pack behind me, nestled on my lumbar region, which makes it easy to adjust the straps as I wear it. They're a little hard to adjust, but that just means their tight enough that they won't loosen as you run. The elastic pouch it just stretchy enough to house my iPod nano, tracfone, drivers license, and car keys. I keep them all in a plastic baggy just in case I sweat too much through the fabric. And then I leave a little space open at the zipper to run my earphones from my iPod. They never tug unless my arm gets in the way, but it's an easy fix.The water bottle is just big enough to keep me hydrated for my runs (I usually go a little over an hour or so), and I tend to mix Powerade and water together, which can easily be rinsed out. There is some initial leakage when starting, but I think it's just the liquid settling in the bottle. I usually lightly squeeze it a few times while the cap is open to get some air running through so there's no pressure, and take a couple sips. I only ever get leakage when I start, and it stops within a few minutes. The bottle never slips or falls out, so I don't have to worry about staying steady as I run. Bonus: I tuck a dish rag into the belt to blot my face, and it never falls out.So key points: find the perfect tightness so it won't rub or impede your breathing, try using a plastic baggy in the pouch for your things, and make sure there's no pressure in the bottle that would cause it to leak (or just make sure it's sealed all the way!).

Dependable consistent quality
I've been using Amphipod Full Tilt waistpack for over 15 years. I hope it never goes out of production. Zippered pocket carries my Galaxy S7 easily plus energy gels. Zipper has NEVER broken, as compared to other running products. Waist belt is comfortable, easy to slide forward. Bottle is held securely, doesn't bounce with running.

Doesn’t Bounce.
I’ve had many hydration systems, hand held and belts. This belt does not bounce. The bottle it came with does leak, but I just used another bottle I had, and it fits fine. It will hold any bottle from 17-20 oz. the zipped pouch is a little hard to get to while running but the main thing is it doesn’t bounce!

New, not improved
The damnedest thing happened to me with this. I had an old one that wasn't elastic. My wife got me this one. I preferred the newer, elastic belt; however, the bottle was so thin that when I filled it up and put it in the pouch, it would leak. It would only leak when it was being squeezed by the pouch. So, I used my older bottle with the new belt. That worked great until I dropped it one day, breaking the valve (the newer bottle had some kind of one-way squeeze valve). I had a race coming up, so I ordered a replacement bottle by itself to go in the belt. It ended up not exactly fitting (again, with that different valve), and the little rubber thing wouldn't hold it in. The thing cost me five minutes in my last marathon by falling out a couple times and being a pain in the butt before I just chucked it. A shame because I used the old belt happily for many years, but now I'm afraid to get another new one.

Works well, but the belt slips and loosens.
The bottle doesn't bounce much when you really tighten the belt down. Unfortunately, because the belt is elastic, when you tighten it down that much, it slowly slips in the buckle and loosens during my run which causes the bottle to bounce. If I can figure out a way to secure the belt so it doesn't slip, it will be perfect.

best waist hydration pack
This is the only body hydration pack that does not shake and drive me nuts. I use this for any run over 8 miles. No chaffing, sloshing or annoyance!

Like the belt, hate the bottle —- less.
The belt works great. It’s easy to adjust and it stretches just the right amount. The bottle is junk. It simply leaks. Always leaks. I finally threw the bottle away and just use plastic water bottles. The problem with that is they will slip out if not kept horizontal.Ok. I decided to try again. Bought another belt and bottle. This bottle doesn’t leak. So I’ll add one star to my review.

Buy it, very happy with It
Love it! Excellent product, doesn't bounce, doesn't leak. Perfect for the long runs. I use the belt to clip my iPhone. It has a small zippered pocket to carry your Gu or what ever else you need
