The 1st thing I noticed when I decided to get a 10,000mah is the size, I really wanted a pocket size power bank and this fits the bill. Half the size of most of today's cell phones, easy to drop in a pocket or purse. With a fully charged 10,000mah at 100% you could charge 2 cell phones easy, before recharging the power bank. The power bank has either a Micro USB or USB-C input for charging the power bank itself. It has 2 output ports each one rated at 2.1amp, no it's not the faster 2.4amp or does not have the QC protocol. None of my device needed that so don't care, but if that's important to you then look elsewhere but at this price I could not pass it up. I really like the 1-100 percent LED for percentage of charge left on the bank itself display, I am no fan of these 4-5 LED lights to represent power remaining gauges. There are 2 different colors for this power bank you can choose when purchasing either black or white.

Won't charge from USB-C port, I tried 2 different cables. The 2 USB ports charge fine, haven't tried the micro-USB yet. Disappointed because I got this to charge my phone in case of an emergency (which uses USB-C) and it did absolutely nothing. Good charger for wireless devices that use regular USB however. Also you can't take it in airports due to the lithium batteries (says on the package). 3-star for at least 1/4 advertised ports not working, but otherwise a useful charger.

This is a Power Bank with 10000mAh and dual USB. Our battery came with 70% charge. Please notice that the box contains instructions to ensure the battery LCD display is accurate.You must charge to 100% and then use the back until depleted. Repeat the process a few times to ensure the LCD display data is more accurate.I have used it to charge my iPhone and moto phones simultaneously with no issues. As advertised, it is able to charge the iPhone 2.5 times and the moto 2 times since the moto battery is 5,000mAh. It is very light and can fit into any pocket. Perfect for camping or hiking if you are worried about extra weight.The output is 5V 2.4A so it will charge quickly. However, you might want to check what is the required output for your phone since some turbo charge features might require a different output.Overall happy with the purchase.

This is a nice compact power pack and I like the digital read out of charge level. Based on my 3,000 mAh phone, it should have charged my phone to 100% three times. It charged the phone to 100% two times but on the third time it only charged the phone to 70%. So the practical capacity of the power pack is not 10,000 mAh. It does not seem to be an issue, but the USB plug does not insert into the power pack as far as other devices that I have.

I'm just using this as a place to write a note to myself to remind myself to not order this again. This power bank did not charge my phone, and instead short-circuited my phone. It powered my phone off, and took a while before it would turn on again. Once turned on, it wouldnt connect to the internet. It said something about a security certificate could not be trusted. Then I had to reset the date on my phone, and finally my phone was able to connect to the internet again. I'll be recycling this with the rest of my e-junk.

I used these for 2 different heated vests. The one with more heating elements obviously used up the battery in less time but lasted at least 2 hours at full power which is way too hot. At the lowest setting, it lasted about 8 hours. and when I used it intermittently it lasted me at least 2 days.

Only gave 3 stars because I purchased this to power some led lights, but when lights are turned off for longer than 30 seconds, this thing shuts off and you have to power it back on, or else the lights won't be able to be turned on again. I think its called protect mode, but make this useless for my purpose. I have different power banks but I really wanted it in white.

Ordered this because my phone battery is dying and leaving the house for more than a few hours gives me anxiety. The power bank looks cuter than in picture in my opinion. Simple yet stylish design, round edges, pocket-sized, and charges my phone relatively fast.
