Falling apart...
The item when arrived was perfect, high quality, looking very professional. But after less than 1 year the backpack stitches are falling apart with minimum usage and no extra weight. What a waste of money as I am a huge loyal customer brand of Samsonite.

Design overall is not bad, comfortable for everydays urban walking. Quality of leather and backpack itself is just better than average and nothing luxury here. Considering that, backpack is overpriced! It should not cost more than £ 100 . So 4 out of 5

Bad quality
Extremely bad quality after 3 months stitching has started coming off in different places the leather is showing wear, looks older than another leather backpack I had it for 4 years that was similar price not happy at all

One of the straps came apart at the seams. Lasted under 10 months. Not impressed @samsonite.
