Amazing!!! It took me a while to figure out how to use both washing and spinning modes correctly, vut bow that I have I am in awe! It saves me so much time and money compared to taking a cab to and back from a laundromat. The trick is washing cycle is 15 minutes full, then you need to drain it and fill it up for a rinse or a a fabric conditioner. The second cycle starts at 9 mins or so. After both cycles end in a washing compartment you need to switch the hose to the spinner side (top right hole) turn the water on, keep the drain in the draining mode, put the clothes is with water running into the compartment, and start the cycle. I turn off the water after 2nd spin cycle comes to 9 minutes, because I want all the water from rinsing to spin out last 9 minutes of the cycle

Great washer for apartment living!
I received my order before my scheduled delivery. You can use the washer and spinner at the same time. I hang my clothes on a drying rack and they dry after a few hours. The water hose connects to my bathroom sink perfectly. So far I love it. I live in an apartment and the laundry is too far from me. You cannot wash big sheets on this small machine.

Great for small spaces! Surprisingly works well!
This review is for the 2020 model. We ordered this product on 10/8 and it arrived on 10/16. The box was not very heavy, I was able to lift it and bring it up some stairs by myself. My first thoughts when I took it out of the box was, "This is so small, it looks like a toy! My 3 year old is taller than the machine!" I decided to keep an open mind and try it out still because we were tired of hauling our laundry to the laundromat. Surprisingly, it did 2 days worth of clothes for our family of 4 in one load (no jeans or anything) and 3 full sized towels and a hand towel on the 2nd load. I learned after the 1st load that I used too much laundry detergent. After the learning curve and figuring out the best way to set it up so it can drain properly, I will say, I am pretty impressed with this machine. The spin dryer doesn't get the clothes completely dry but it does a pretty good job. Also make sure that it is on a level surface when you are using it.Pros: decent price, great for small spaces, good for RV living/glamping, lightweight, clothes came out clean, easy to use, ready to use right out of the box, spin cycle works surprisingly well, not too noisy and can wash a decent amount of clothes.Cons: it does heat up if used continuously for multiple loads and it was giving off a bit of a chemical smell, the hoses are very short, there was a bit of learning curve on figuring out placement for it to drain properly, and two of the knobs came cracked.I'd like to see how this machine holds up over time. I did, however, purchase the extended warranty through Amazon.

It does the job!!!!
My washer arrived on Oct. 11th. I felt I would wait until after a couple of months of use before writing areview. Currently it is sitting in my upstairs bathroom, up on a double sink counter. I purchased thisdouble washer because my 20 yr old Haier is ready to "give up the ghost", and I wanted to have a backupwhen it is no longer functioning. I only use the Haier for washing large blankets, and the Kuppet foreverything else. After just short of two months of use, I felt it was time to do a review on this machine.Once-twice weekly I wash in order to keep from accumulating dirty clothes, and I found this little washera real surprise. Not only does it do a good job of cleaning, but it is also easy to manage and does not takeup a lot of space. Though it may look like a toy, it definitely is not!! I use hot water, though not really hot,and my clothes are wash clean. The spin cycle does a beautiful job of spinning a good 75% of the waterout of the clothes so that dry times do not take long. When I first received the Kuppet I would hang myclothes in my bathroom, and they would be dry in 2-4 hrs. I now have a portable air heater clothesdryer, and clothes are dry in no time--towels and jeans take a bit longer. I discovered that too muchwashing and spinning at the same time can cause the motor to overheat. When the motor does overheat, the washing cycle will stop until the motor cools down. Since that discovery I have no longer had that issue. The twin tub does not require much detergent. Too much detergent causes excessive suds which thentakes time to get out of the wash tub, as well as rinse out of your clothes. In my whites I use 1/8thcup of detergent and a 1-2 Tbs. of a booster agent to keep them white. The twin tub is not anautomatic washing machine, so I cannot judge it the same way. It requires your involvement in theprocess, so the experience is much like I had as a child with the old Maytag ringer-washer. You have tostay near the tub when filling it with water, for the water will not automatically shut off, and you willhave water on your floor. This model Kuppet requires an external lint filter which you can get fromAmazon or Ebay (floating lint filter). It does not have a built-in lint filter . I use the flower floatingfilter, and it does for sure catch lint. You also want to make sure you filter the water that is spun outof your clothes, and by attaching a floating lint filter or old half stocking to the drain hose will catchall of the remaining lint so that lint does not accumulate and clog your drain. Many people placetheir machines in their tub. If you do, find something to sit it up on if you use it in your tub--likemilk crates or small table, etc. Try to handle the machine with a bit of care, for it is not madeout of metal. I got my machine on sale and paid less than $100 for it. For the price it is definitelyworth it. I feel if I can get 2-3 yrs of use out of it, it would have paid for itself. When my Haierfinally dies, I will then replace it with a 26 lb. Kuppet with built-in drain pump. But for now, I couldnot be more satisfied. I will try to remember to do a 6 month update (March-April 2021)
