This has decent throw. The marketing is a bit over hyped as it certainly isn’t throwing 350m. Construction quality is lower than the streamlights I have. At the positive terminal in the flashlight there is no spring. I wish there was as I dropped it on a wood floor from waist height and the impact crushed the positive button on an Orbtronic protected cell. Orbtronic sent me a new battery, but this light no longer works with that battery. The included nitcore cells are good But have a little lower capacity than i like.If I could do it over I would have (maybe) just bought the light and purchased batteries from Orbtronic directly. They are cheaper and of higher quality. The included charger works fine, but doesn’t give all the data I want so I use other chargers most of the time. I keep this charger in the truck for emergent use.The two way clip is kind of a joke. It works fine for a pocket but there is no way it will stay on a hat; the clip is too short. It is also attached to the light with very thin metal. Streamlight has a better clip.If you want a great thrower and not be somewhat disappointed, get a Malkoff. Thisblight throws slightly better than the streamlight pretax 2x-l which has half the stated lumens.It’s fine for around the house use and spotting critters in the yard at night but really only throws useable seeing light about 100-150 yds.I wouldn’t buy it again, but I’m also keeping it.

Everything works as advertised. I've been using the same battery daily for a month at the 2nd to highest setting and I haven't had to recharge it yet. My only complaint is that I have to cycle through the light settings once and count them to know which light level I'm on. Small stuff.I use this flashlight for work and intend on buying it again if I ever lose it.1 1/2 Year Update:The light is still working great. I accidently dropped it from 5' onto a concrete floor and although it dented the body it still works great. The holster that I use daily has seen better days. The bottom of the holster has a large hole and the Velcro no longer works. All of the Velcro hooks have broken off now, standard wear and tear.The flashlight is holding up well and is definitely worth the price.

I was given like a dozen new 18650 batteries, so I started shopping for a flashlight that used that battery. I did some research before buying and glad I did, I love the memory feature that it will remember what setting you had it on when you turn it off so you don't need to toggle through to get to the most used setting. I love the brightness of this light, I also love the SUPER long life on the low setting. I feel that if you can only have one flashlight this should be that light. (I love flashlights so who am I kidding I have dozens of lights, but this one is my favorite) I have purchased three of these lights, one for myself, my wife, and a neighbor that saw mine and had me buy him one as well.

This is my second one... and I was extremely happy with the first purchase but I eventually misplaced it at work and bought the upgraded one. I beat the living daylights out of these and it finally did break (the inside contact broke off the circuit board on the first one) but it was still useable after a quick solder job. Highly recommend.

I use this flashlight every night at my job. It performs flawlessly and has never let me down. I have dropped it from Heights up to six feet and you can barely tell by looking at the flashlight it's ever been dropped. The battery lasts several days before needing recharged and that is with daily use with the 18650 batteries. Buy this light and have no regrets!

What is sent in this package is 2300mAh batteries which may adhere to lower standards.

I love this flashlight !!! I use it everyday ! It stays under water most of the day at work in the parts tank when I need it, so it is waterproof like it says. Feels like a solid flashlight. Dropped it from 6 feet on to the concrete by accident and no damage but a scratch on the side. Highly recommend this flashlight.

The flash light is amazing. It seems to be very well made, easy to use, and extremely bright and compact. I like that you can choose the brightness settings so easily, and access its alternate functions, like strobe etc so easily. Excellent product.
