This topper is very comfortable and soft, with out being too squishy. We purchased this topper because our fairly new Mattress was too hard. The topper has done the job of transferring our hard mattress into a soft comfortable mattress. Before we bought the topper I had regular backache, which I put down to the hard mattress but after using the topper for past couple of weeks I no longer have any backache whatsoever .However, I was not pleased with the fact that the the topper took almost a week to expand!And there is a small area that has still not expanded. The area that hasn’t expanded is about the size of a tea plate. I did think about sending it back due to the expanding problems but didn’t know how to get the the topper back in the shrink wrap and decided that given that the “flat” area was small and in one corner we decided to keep it. My feet don’t reach down to the corner where the plat area is so it’s ok.Over all I am pleased with the comfort and now look forward to going to bed .

Product arrived rolled so tight that there is ridge down the middle but be patient this disappears after 3 days. This should be stated in the product details

We got this matress topper to save buying a whole new matress as ours wasn't very comfortable and it does make a massive difference. However despite it being temperature controlled, it seems to generate heat. This would be great for winter or people who are generally cold, but my partner gets ao hot when he sleeps so this topper was like cooking him lol. Be aware it does slip off the matress all the time, every day I have to readjust it and put the straps back over the matress which is annoying but I can't fault how comfy it is.

Panicked when I opened it as it didn't seem to fit the double mattress. Checked the box against the sellers Information as the box said single 135×190. However!! When I returned few hours later all was well!!The room was the temperature recommended to ventilation so we where able to use it that night.Great it has straps to hold unto the mattress. Seems comfortable and good quality. Looking forward to a very firm mattress being somewhat softer!! 😀

I would have given this 5 stars across the board if I didn't have to keep moving it back every morning. It says it's non slip, it slips, but I can live with it for how comfortable it is. I'd tried others in the past and wasn't expecting much, oh how I was wrong. It's deeper than I expected and comfortable beyond my expectations. I love it. Great value for money too. Win, win.
