3 plumbers inspected my low pressure Glacier Bay spray faucet, one charging $100 for tinkering and replacing with Glacier Bay spray attachment. Very minimal or no improvement. It’s my old pipes they said! I replaced the attachment with Danco! Voila! I have a faucet that works great! Very easy installation. Adapter works. 5 minutes in all! It has changed my life! Great water flow, well worth the money, very easy to install! Thanks Danci!

I have been searching for a great spray head for quite some time. I decided to try this one after reading the good reviews (and trying a few failures). The spray head connected easily and worked well for the first couple of times I used it. On the second day, I started having issues with it (I live alone and was the only one using it). The spray would not come out until I pressed the button a few times. By day 3, the sprayer was not working at all. I could get a small stream when the button was held down, but even that wasn't enough to rinse out my sink. The water also would stop intermittently and I would have to release & repress the button a few times to get any water. I consider myself to be a pretty strong lady, but my hands were sore almost immediately from the amount of pressure needed to hold down the button. For the life of me, I can not understand why the button would need to be depressed for water to come out. It should come out as soon as the faucet is turned on. This is definitely not a good option (unless you are a bodybuilder & wish to use the sprayer for a hand workout and not to rinse your sink).

I have a 10-year old Moen pulldown faucet with a spray head that broke, probably due to hard water buildup. I was skeptical about ordering the DANCO replacement given some of the poor reviews, but since it's literally the only option out there that will fit my Moen model, and I didn't want to replace the faucet just yet, I figured it was worth a shot. The adapter they provide fit the hose perfectly, but I noticed a small leak coming from the hose. So I unscrewed it, added the small o-ring gasket from the OEM spray head fitting, and BOOM! No leaks! DANCO should consider including new gaskets with the package, as it really needed it in order to prevent leakage. Only other issue is that the stream is not as strong, which others have reported also, but the spray is plenty strong so I don't think this is a problem for me. Still, overall I'm very happy with the purchase, but will keep an eye on it and will update this review if I experience any of the issues that others have reported over time. Oh, and it actually looks pretty good too, matching the finish of my faucet (see pic). 9-Month Update: Unfortunately, the button no longer works, so it is difficult or impossible to switch from spray to stream. The weak stream has gotten to be pretty annoying as well, and I'm at the point where I'll probably replace the entire faucet since there doesn't seem to be any alternative replacement head on the market, and I don't feel like sinking another $25 into a temporary solution.

i don't know why this is the only spray head that fits my faucet besides the OEM one, but it gets the job done with minimal leaking after using some teflon tape. However, I did have to order a replacement since the aerator easily broke on the first one I purchased. Thus, I would say this isn't the best spray head for the price, but it will do in a pinch!

Highly recommended! This unit is well designed and well made. The adapters included are easy to use and enable it to fit a wide range of faucet brands and sizes. I purchased it to replace an unbranded "builder" faucet that came with a new house that my mother purchased in 2014, and this unit was installed and working perfectly in less than 5 minutes. Very satisfied!

One generous star for coming with additional adapters and being the only replacement faucet head on Amazon that actually fits our faucet. However, as stated many times already, this is a cheap substitute in every sense of the word. Plastic inside and out. Within a couple days, the spray starting leaking from the hose attachment site (no amount of plumber's tape could stop it), followed next by dripping from the spray button. The solution was to stop using the spray. Then a couple weeks later, I noticed the water flow being affected by the cheap plastic nozzle starting to be forced out by the force of the water. I tried to push or snap it back in, but the plastic innards don't seem to be held in by anything but pixie glue and hope. Both of which gave way soon afterwards. The innards now reside on my kitchen counter. The faucet head remains attached, but I now have a free flowing faucet hose. I imagine I could even get a spray going using my thumb, but that would be messy. The only functional use for this faucet head is to keep the hose from retracting all the way under my sink. That's something at least, so that merits the second generous star. The End.

This was a great find. My Glacier Bay faucet sprayer head developed a leaking failure in the sprayer head. I was not happy about having to ask my son to do another faucet install. Its a very uncomfortable job. He suggested I look for just the sprayer head. Found it yesterday, ordered and received today. It took me longer to get it out of the plastic packaging then it did to install. Fitted perfectly, looks like OEM and works great!
