Not perfect, but works well enough with Note 5
I am loving this wireless car charger so far. Just the fact that it works is a pleasant surprise. I say this because I've tried the ZeroEdge and Qi-Infinity models (which are both identical to this one) before with my Note 4 in the past and neither models could provide enough wireless power to keep up with GPS use. With the Note 5's "Fast Wireless" charging claim, I decided to give wireless car charging another try. I already use a Choetech wireless desk charger and it charges the Note 5 very quickly, almost as fast as the stock wired fast charger. In the car, the Choetech Fast Wireless Car Charger Dock charges at a rate of 1% every 3-4 minutes with the display on, Bluetooth paired, and Google Maps navigation on! When the phone isn't being used and the display is off (but Bluetooth still paired) the phone charges at a rate of 1% per minute, which is pretty good for wireless. My shipment was missing the cigarette charging plug, but luckily I was able to use my existing Incipio Quick Charge 2.0 charger. The first time I used the Fast Wireless Charger, it did stop at 40%. That was odd because the phone wasn't hot or anything. After I took the phone out and placed it back on the charger it proceeded to charge up again. I like how the feet on the dock can extend to accommodate tall phones like the Note 5. However, like another reviewer pointed out, when you extend the feet your phone will cover the dock's status lights so you won't really know if it's charging or not. Also, the Note 5's LED won't always glow red to indicate charging, even when it really is charging wirelessly. Overall, I'm just glad this product works reasonably well so I no longer have to plug a USB cable in and out everyday...should also reduce wear and tear on the Note 5's USB port.

The suction for the dash mount is great as I have a plastic curved pattern dash and ...
For a universal fast wireless charger, it gets the job done. The suction for the dash mount is great as I have a plastic curved pattern dash and it stays on with no issues! My biggest gripe is that the arms flex outwards when I tighten down the sides and it doesn't really fit super snug unless you squeeze the back sides of the arms close to the extensions forcing the arms to bend outwards. That may be partly does to my case on my S7 but it's not as easy is putting the phone in and pinching the arms together. I have to squeeze at the very back where the arms meet the "track" to click it 1 or 2 more notches to make it hold my phone. As far as charging goes it does pretty well with a thin case on my S7 and recognizes the fast charging. I have tested this charger for over a month and haven't quite figured out if my phone is causal or the charger but it can't keep the battery charged when using bluetooth music and waze/google maps. If I start off the road trip with 100% batter or close to it then the charger will keep my battery at 100% with no issues even running the gps and music the entire drive. If i start the drive with less than 90% or so then the charger can't even maintain the current battery % and it actually loses about 1% every 3-5 minutes. I've tried dimming the screen and turning on "night mode" for the gps and that doesn't seem to help. If i turn off the screen and let the gps run in the background it will charge the phone a decent rate. Overall I think this has more to due with my phone and the battery but it is very strange that I can maintain 100% battery with this charger (and even charge a few %) with the same apps running but at a lower batter percentage it can't even maintain a charge. With very few fast car chargers on the market I do think this is one of the best out there so take that for what its worth! Overall I recommend this product.

Qi-Infinity Customer Escalation resolved major issue / Good product
My initially purchased Qi-Infinity Fast Wireless Car Charger Dock did not work as a fast wireless charger. My car adapter is a QC 3.0 standard and this unit is QC 2.0. At first I thought there was a compatibility issue, but after Qi-Infinity Customer Escalation contacted me, they had their experts test and determined that the unit I had must be defective. Qi-Infinity quickly shipped out a replacement that works great! I realize that problems in production occur. The key to measure a supplier is how they respond. I am very pleased with Qi-Infinity's response. On the more practical level; The unit is nicely made, very clean. I like the inclusion of both a suction-cup dash/windshield mount, and a vent-clip mount. Both of which work very well and very easily (I've used other mount for other docks that were cumbersome and vibrated a lot while on the road. These are fairly smooth. The side clamps are spring loaded with a dampened release button. The bottom rail drops with gravity when the release button is pushed. This means the dock can be adjusted with one-hand while your other hand holds the smart-phone. This is a seemingly small feature, but makes the unit much handier to receive and release the phone.Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and experience. -ddw

Does not fast charge. Barely keeps up with phone battery usage. Suction base is worthless.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S7. I cannot get it to fast charge regardless of what is it plugged into. I have tried several, all of which Fast Charge when connected directly. It does work as a wireless charger, just not fast charging. However, it barely keeps up with phone usage, especially when using Waze or another GPS app. The phone battery level either stays where it was or creeps up very slowly. The suction cup does not stick, period. I tried it on numerous surfaces, even on a flat smooth glass window and nothing at all. I tried attaching the charging unit to a different base but this design is the opposite of virtually all other phone holders in that the ball and joint connection has the ball on the holder side rather than the suction cup side.

Better quality that other Qi car docks and has the benefit of fast charging
Having purchased a similar Qi car charger previously which broke at the micro USB socket, I can confirm that the Qi-Infinity dock is a better quality product. The windscreen suction pad has stayed in place so far. The micro USB socket is positioned at the back rather than underneath so there is less chance of pressure on the plug and cable. My phone charges even wearing a thin case. My only complaint is that the arms on wither side are not as cushioned or angled as they need to be, so the phone can work loose and stop charging or even fall off it the arms are not closed together tightly.

Cheaper than some but you get what you pay for!
This phone holder/charger does what it needs to but its not very sturdy. The arms that grip the phone are thin and flex alarmingly when you apply enough pressure to hold the phone tight. Also the release button is on the top, which makes it awkward to operate. I have a similar holder made by Samsung in another vehicle which is much better in use and despite being almost twice the price I paid for this is better value in my opinion.

S7, this and Android Auto app... Amazing!!
I bought this after the recent launch of Android Auto as a standalone app. This means you can use the phone's screen rather than needing one of the latest head units in your car. As a Galaxy S7 owner I've never used the wireless charging but the idea of not needing to plug in cables seemed like a perfect time to start. Basically, so far it's nothing short of brilliant! Android Auto has an option to start automatically when Bluetooth is connected to the car. So, when I get in, I simply turn on BT, dock the phone and start the engine... Android Auto launches automatically and away I go. Prime music is easy to control including playlists etc, phone info is right there, Google maps is right there, and by using smart unlock to recognise my car's Bluetooth as well, even if I turn the screen off a press of the home key goes straight to the Android Auto 'launcher'....and all the time, my phone is wirelessly fast charging (I bought the corresponding 2A adapter)! Perfect! I've had no issues with interference at all... I'm using the air vent holder. My only slight gripe is that this sticks out further than necessary but then it's closer to my hand to press buttons I guess so no big deal. It's early days reliability wise but I'd say that If you own an S7 you should download Android Auto and buy one of these as soon as possible! It's really that good, plus, you can still use your head unit as normal and leave sat Nav up while you have a display for music right in front of you!I've not used Sat Nav and watched the power but certainly while playing music with the screen on the charge increases as I drive. My car has built in Sat Nav but it's great to be able to hit the Google mic button and navigate locally far more quickly and intelligently by just saying "navigate to...".My only tip would be that when you put your phone in the first time you need to also adjust the length of the bottom feet to the height where your power button isn't being pressed and to where the wireless charging aligns/connects. It's easy but wasn't mentioned as a feature from what I could see. Also, when squeezing the sides closed, squeeze behind your phone rather than on to its edges... This always gets one extra click from the ratchet and everything's held more solidly.Hope this helps!!

It is terrible device. 1st - it is weak
It is terrible device. 1st - it is weak. It cannot charge device as fast as Waze for example discharges it. 2nd - it drops down phone, like charger has weak grip and I need to be extra careful while I am securing phone in charger so it does not fall out. 3rd - sometimes it shows that it has stopped to charge and then immediately starts again which makes some confusion and distracts me while I am driving.Somehow it works, it charges your phone if you are not using it. If you are extra careful it will not drop your phone. After few days, I am back to cable charging. I don’t know – is that bad technology or just bad device, but it is not usable. Now I am trying to sell it for half price and no one needs it.

Good wireless charging in the car
Arrived quickly well packaged. Used for a while now with no problems. Good adhesion to the car window. Good grip of large phone (Note 4). Unable to test quick charge but standard wireless charging works fine.

If you use the radio in the car i would not use this wireless charger as it causes a lot of interference. So much so you can not tune a station in. Apart from that its quite good but i have given up using it because of the above.

QI Charging works. Doesn't hold my Samsung S7 Edge very well.
Firstly, I'll say that the QI Charging does work very well, I haven't had any problems getting it recognised. Unfortunately, this is overshadowed (for me) by the fact that it can't grip my Samsung S7 Edge very well. On the first time using the dock my phone fell out twice, and that wasn't at high speeds either (30 mph). I don't want to risk breaking my new phone, so I can't see myself using this dock anymore.

I'm using this car dock + Aukey 3.0 car charger. My mobile is Samsung galaxy s7. I can see notification on the screen ''Fast wireless charging'' But it does not charging.... Eg. my battery is 50%. I put mobile in dock, it starts charging, then I open nvigation app and driving for 5h. After travel its still 50%..... any solution for that? If screen is off it charging 2% per 5 min. Also, it cause radio interference...

Works well, but may cause radio Interference.
I'm not sure whether it's the charger or the USB port, but it causes interference with the radio in my XC90. However - it does charge REALLY quickly

Great in every way
This product is exactly what I expected it to be. It fits perfectly on the windscreen and it charges a Nexus 5 phone with no problems. The package was delivered in time and intact. I am very pleased with this purchase. Great value for it's money.
