It works but it takes time. I feel better.
I actually enjoy this products. Although, I haven't lost much weight yet I feel better. I am also not as bloated, regulated my bowel movements. My stomach has gone down a little gotta give it more time

I took it faithfully, watched my diet, and exercised but I honestly didn’t lose any weight I felt good taking them though.

Improved Digestion
I have have used Biox4 with great result so I gave this a try. So far so good after about a month of use. I’m combining use of the product with diet and excercise. I’ve seen improved digestion which was sluggish in the past & even though no significant weight loss yet, I stopped gaining weight which is a positive.
