The media could not be loaded.  The top handle is hollow and harbours dirty water and the food particles from the dishwasher cycle. There is no access to the interior of the handle and it can't be cleaned. When squeezing citrus, dirty water from the hollow handle, with all the gunk and the bacteria, runs strait into the juice. See the video enclosed.Product with such a flow in design shouldn't be sold in North America. Poses a health hazard. Amazon should test the product before allowing them onto their site.Amazon's return policy is good and helps. This is the first product that I am returning to Amazon. Their return procedure is a common sense and a relatively easy to follow.

It is stainless but is is not reinforced enough to prevent warping when squeezing. It is manufactured by stamp forming a stainless steel sheet. The problem is the sheet gauge thickness used is to thin. I was really hoping for a decent product but you will end up using 2x the citrus to get the same amount of juice compared to a sturdier press.Overall dissapointment. I will be returning.

Not as advertised - no insignia on the handle, too light for stainless steel (I think aluminium), and black powdery discolouration after one cycle in the dishwasher. Rubbish, fraudulent advertising. Avoid.

So this is about my fifth citrus juicer so I feel fairly competent to determine if a juicer is good or not and this is the best juicer I have ever used to this point. It squeezes the lemon fully especially when I use my tricks to maximize juice.First off, cut your lemon in half as usual but put the cut side down towards the holes in the top of the juicer. Put that side over the glass or bowl you are squeezing into and all of the juice will squeeze out the holes but the seeds stay in the juicer. Repeat with the other side.To maximize juice output, once both sides are juiced, stack them one on top of the other still facing down to the holes and squeeze them again. You may have to tip the juicer at this point to get the juice out. Then flip the stack so that the one that was on the bottom is on the top (still facing the holes) and squeeze again and tip the juicer to get the rest of the juice out. You'll be surprised how much juice comes out on the second round. Works even better on smaller citrus like limes.

Yeah it’s easy to clean and quite sturdy but honestly it sucks at doing it’s job. Only squeezes out about half the juice in any type of citrus (assuming the citrus fits inside- barely big enough for a common orange) so you end up wasting the citrus unless you have another citrus juicer. Do yourself the favour and buy a normal citrus juicer where you twist to release the juice. My personal fave is the Walmart one (it’s red)
