Hisense RS06DR1SA 1.7 cu. ft. Single Door Compact Refrigerator, Black

After 4 months of use, I noticed that the freezer section is inconsistent, sometimes melting my ice cream and sometimes not. The rest of the refrigerator is fine though, and it's been running well in that time.

This was the perfect size for my sister's nursing home. The freezer holds more than I expected - it is exactly what we needed. A really good choice for the price!

The fridge arrived with a dent in it

Works great and very cold

I'm kind of weirded out by the fact that it's listed for $130 on Amazon, but also that every review was written for an Amazon Vine gift.That said, this is a good fridge. When I started the fridge, I thought it made quite a racket, with the compressor and dripping noises. But after getting to temperature after a day, it's running quietly. Rarely does the compressor need to turn on. It's quite low when it does. The mini-fridge is 5 feet from my bed, but I'm also a deep sleeper.I removed the bottom rack to fit a gallon. I think two gallon jugs can fit there side by side. I use mine mostly for drinks, as I like to drink beverages cold. I placed avocadoes in there on setting 6 and when I got back, they were iced over, so it can definitely get freezing.I plugged it into a meter and averaged around 0.45KWh per day.

I needed a fridge for my desk at work, so that I could keep pumped milk in it to take home to my baby at the end of each day. As an added benefit, iwas looking forward to keeping my lunch and my sodas cool (without risking someone taking them from the office fridge).I looked at fridges at the store, and knew this was a good size. It fits underneath the desk in my office. The stainless color is nice, though it may be the nicest thing in the office.The fridge has done what I need it to do, without issue. I don't hear it running (though our employer pipes in "white noise" so block the ambient sounds). Very pleased and expect it to continue to keep my lunches and beverages cold even after I stop storing milk in it later this year.

There is ample room in this good looking mini fridge to keep extra drinks, condiments, etc. Performs well, keeps things nice and cool. There is a freezer, but I don't really use it much. I tried a freezing a couple of things, but I didn't feel they were frozen quite enough. That's ok for me, though, I was mostly interested in the refrigerator. Shelves on the doors can accommodate half gallons of milk. There is a handy section for cans of soda. When you take one out, the others slide down into place. The shelves are easily removable and very easy to clean. Great for small apartments, dorms, bars, or just extra refrigeration. The unit is quiet, doesn't make any noise at all. I use it every day and am quite pleased with it. It looks nice and works well.

I gave some time before reviewing the Hisense RS06DR1SA 1.7 cu. ft. Single Door Compact Refrigerator so I could evaluate how it worked over a longer period of time. I must say that I am actually very happy with the performance of this refrigerator. It works as it is supposed to is very quiet compared to the older frig I got rid of and it keeps what I put in it cool. I haven't noticed any excess moisture buildup or any other type of refrigerator problems with this machine. Also, I expected having a second frig working, even a small one would use a lot more electricity, but I have not really seen a noticeable increase in my electric bill. So, I am very happy with this Hisense product!
