DIRECTIONS??
Bought 3 times, no issues. I saw people writing that the jerky goes bad after few days, and all of those people don’t follow directions.HERES MY DIRECTIONS:1. Common sense: record a video before you take the package outta your porch, and record until you inspect the bag and open it.( so you can capture any damage/mold)2. If the Jerky is fine, than Put the jerky in separate 5-10 bags. PUT IT in THE FREEZER!!!! Jerky is wet and moist, it will go bad quickly if you leave it out (treat it like a meat that you bought to last for 1-2 month)3. Put 1 small bag with jerky in fridge(zone where you put your milk) and make sure you eat it within 2-3 days. (Keep in mind, you have to put that bag back in when you’re done eating, it’s not jerky from a gas station)Hope this helps, cuz I want to continue buying this stuff.

Amazing stuff. Quality slices, thick, great flavor
It was great, the whole family loves it. Giant bag, no fluff, durable bag too, no need to worry about it arriving leaking or damaged, it would have to be thrown from a speeding vehicle to get damaged honestly. Flavor is perfect, it seems like it will last a while. No grisly bits, it was all just perfect cuts. Definitely going to try their other flavors. My only gripe is with such a big bag, I kind of wish they would compartmentalize it a bit, maybe split the vacuum seal amount in half in the bag, and then seal it once down the center so we can open one side of the pack, finish that end, and then move to the next segment. And that's really the only downside I could fathom... Because I don't know the best way to store this stuff long term.

Excellent bulk jerky option!
I just tried some of the 10 pound pepper flavored jerky, and I am very pleased with my purchase. I kept in mind what other reviewers said about the greasy coating, inconsistency among different pieces, and the pepper being too strong, and after trying it I can say those things are not as bad or noticeable as others have stated. The pepper makes it a little spicy which is fine to me, and I wouldn’t have even noticed any grease had I not read about it beforehand. I had about 6 pieces already and have not noticed any inconsistency. It seems about normal for beef jerky to me. The main difference is the slices are not as thin as most other jerkies, which makes sense since it’s in bulk. I also plan to follow the recommendation of another review I read to freeze some of it in smaller bags, since the seller instructs to consume or freeze it after opening the vacuum sealed bag. Jerky is one of my favorite snacks, but it’s expensive, so I really appreciate this seller for making it available in bulk. It’s way cheaper than any other jerky I could find anywhere, and the quality is excellent in my opinion. Looking forward to trying another flavor next time I order!

Good beef starter
To be honest I didn't like it much when I first got it. Too sweet and sticky for me. I thought it was going to be a total waste, but then I tried an experiment. I separate the product into manageable packets, and freeze them. When I'm ready, I'll take one of the packets, wash the beef with just water and towel dry. After that, I marinate in a soy sauce and crushed garlic red pepper sauce for several hours. Then I stick it in my food dehydrator and let it dry (135 for 6 hours). Now it's perfect for my taste. I absolutely love it. I'm not convinced I could buy raw beef and jerk it myself for the same cost, plus there's the added work of slicing. Anyway, I'm only giving 4 stars because they really added too much sugar to begin with, otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Update-After no choice but to try them-Not so terrible as I previously wrote here!
Update-After no choice but to try them, I did get use to the texture and taste! Not so bad after-all! Saltier than cared for, but I do eat them once in a while! Froze them to keep them longer! No issues with freshness either. Hence my rating increase! Not a total waste and got my money's worth, at least! So I got my huge 10 lbs bag a few days ago, whoo-hoo I thought! But yeah, pretty much what everyone says on this one star reviews! Thought I was getting "real beef Jerky!" Pressed pieces of meat and high sodium content! Definitely not healthy for you! Not that pure beef is! Just a snack when you got the munchies! The first piece was not so good! Yikes!! Left it alone for a few days!Tried another piece, still very salty but not so bad! Gee, didn't know this was an acquired taste, like venison, bear and all that wild gamie meat! I had worse, but definitely disappointed here! On a scale of 1-10, a 4 or it depends on the piece you get! Doubt a piece in there is a 10, since it's not real jerky to begin with!Sadly, didn't realize food can't be returned, my bad! Just assumed Amazon accepted anything, within reason to be returned if one was unhappy with their purchase. If it was from a grocery store, I'd go back and return it!Maybe a little less salt, and no water (as I understand real jerky doesn't use water). Given the weight and price, alas, you get what you pay for! Since no choice but to keep it while still fresh, better pkg it in small parts and freeze them! And drink lots of brewskies or liquids to wash it down! lol! Live n learn!
