Mattel Games Apples to Apples Freestyle Card Game, Frustration-Free Packaging

I love the small Apples to Apples box that this came in with Frustration Free Packaging. It is perfect to hold the game and packs easily in my game cabinet. My kids and our friends played this for days when we first got it! It will definitely be one of our go to games. It's fun to be able to give your own answer. The trick is to be creative and "play" to the judge. Our biggest issue is that we would often have more than one person with the same answer. But, overall, it was still a LOT of fun to play!

I got this game for my girlfriend for Christmas and she really likes it. My only complaint is that I wish there were more cards and that there more whiteboards so that we could play with more people. Other than that the games is fun and makes a great gift. My other friends have already bought a copy of this game.

This is a fun game for anyone! We played it as a family, with the youngest player being 6 years old. It could also be a great party game! Answers can be as innocent or raunchy as you'd like (depending on who you're playing with). The questions leave it open so that playing either way would work.

We love this game and play it often as a family. there is sometimes a contention as to who the person selects (a child selects a favorite uncle or Papa who lives out of state, instead of the answer we think we know is the best) but we have worked through these issues. It is a fun game, played by all ages, and we really enjoyed it.

I love this game as I have loved most of the apples to apples products before this. It is worth noting that the box is much smaller for this game than description pictures make it appear. I like it because it can be as "clean" or "dirty" as the situation warrants. There are two variatons of play and with the multitude of possibilities that can be written in on the apple cards there is no end to the amount of fun that can be had playing this game.The only downside I have seen is that if you try to wipe the apples before the ink has dried then it smears, maybe have a rag or baby wipes near by if this occurs.I really love the game, and you can't beat the price of the frustration free packaging options.Get it!

As an Apples to Apples fan, I had really high hopes for this version. I think it would be quite entertaining if you played with super hilariously witty people. Still fun, but a bit challenging for Grandma. ;)

This is a great game! If you like the original Apples to Apples then you will LOVE this. This set is not the big box that you will find in the department store but I believe still has the same amount of cards. For half the cost you can get the same game but more portable. I would definitely buy again! We love it!

This is fun, but my kids aren't quite witty enough to play more than one round.
