Builder Buddy Tape Measure Holder

Tape measure does not slide on to it easily. If it were made from metal it may have worked better but the plastic hangs up on the tape measure clip and the belt clip lost it's tention when it heated up in my car.

This is hands down the most durable tape measure holder. Even though it’s plastic, it’s very thick and super rigid. There are only two downfalls to this product. 1: Sometimes in the middle of working you need to hook your tape on it without looking. It’s hard to do that with this holder. 2: if the tape measure is bumped from the bottom while hooked on, it falls off easily.Besides the steadiness of it, unlike other holders, it does not stick out very far when there’s no tape on there. This is a big plus, because you can wear it and not get hung up on things. 👍🏽👍🏽

I really like this design. Works with all my belts! And the dimensions are very well thought out! Fits close, and holds the tape measure well. Removal is very smooth with nothing to hang up! The tension for the carpenter's pencil is perfect! Tight enough to keep it from slipping, but light enough to whip the pencil out quick! Great job! 5 Stars!

I was looking for a new tape holder and came across this one. I was hoping to find one with a pencil holder and This one caught my eye and thought what the heck I’ll try it. Supper light weight and works well. The only thing is that it moves up and down on the belt while pulling the tape off. And needs to have a slight bump on the inside to hold the tape a little better. I would recommend it.

Great belt saver. Love the idea but you cant use the pencil holder(unless you use a very short pencil) because it will stab you if you bed over. I wish they designed it so the pencil would sit parallel with you waste but hey, still a great product.

It works for holding the tape, and I don’t really notice it when I do not have my tape hooked to it. Rather cheap looking, but it works.Edit: Has been 5 months now. Still don’t like the way it looks, but I love it. Works great , now giving 5 stars. Actually looks better once it has had some wear and tear.

I am a shop teacher and I am constantly setting my tape measure down and misplacing it. Ive been looking for something comfortable but didnt want to wear a bulky leather holster. This product is outstanding. Tape measure clips and holds on easily and you forget you are even wearing the holster! Ergonomics are good and it has a sturdy construction.
