I have used the 360 boost in the past and gained zero weight! I make this 530 cal boost in a smoothie and I am finally, gaining weight!! The price is high but lower than any other I could find. The smoothie using frozen fruit, yogurt and whole milk is very filling but it’s extra high calorie without eating an entire cake! LOL. I can barely eat a small slice of cake. It’s taken years of trying disgusting weight gain powder and not gaining weight.
