i'd recommend to get this phone over it
It came unlocked for me as opposed to other reviews. Compared to Blu dash l2 , that is only around 10$ cheaper, i'd recommend to get this phone over it, i have both phones and the difference in quality its pretty noticeable, Maven screen quality and size, flash, camera its superior, plus it doubles any of its specifications, the dash l2 does'nt have auto rotate screen and has only 1 speaker. After a lot of research here in Amazon, this is the best unlocked phone to get at this price. I bought it for 53$.

The MAIN feature which makes the phone worth buying
What I truly like this phone has nothing to do with where I can use it. The feature of backing up the apps & contacts is why. After getting the phone set up without the Wi-Fi push the 6 prong circle. Find the green button labeled back up & restore. Push it & go through the steps setting it up. Set the saving location to the SD card. As u download the apps for the first time they are saved there. If u reset the phone first download the virus protection, the Google play store & games. After getting the phone set up without the Wi-Fi push the 6 prong circle. Find the green button labeled back up & restore. Push it & go through the steps setting it up. Set the saving location to the SD card. As u download the apps for the first time they are saved there. As they are updated, they are saved in another update folder. The system /restore will use the recent one automatically. BUT you have the means of keeping from filling up the SD card under the Settings section. Before you reset the phone select Back up apps. Sometimes even though you downloaded them for reasons I don't know they may not be saved to the SD card. If u reset the phone unmount the SD card. When the phone restarts to restore it it is remounted. First download the virus protection, the Google play store, games & the entertainment apps you want by checking the boxes next the name of the apps. It is best to automatically update the system apps as well if they are on the card already. Sign into your account as normal. Go-to the app setting. If there is new updates to download. It will also update the app on the card. Besides for the ones just mentioned make sure all system apps are checked also. Instead of 2hrs of downloading the system apps alone, it may take 10 minutes +-. Connect the WiFi & set up yr account. Any new updates will be ready to install. Get the virus protection running. Yr apps u added can be sent to the SD card to regain disk space. Go to settings, apps, and find the ones you downloaded. Push send to SD. Doing so splits the app to both places. Under the restore app you can backup your contacts. You do need the password u set up before saving them the first time.

Do I like it better than my LG Transpyre
Do I like it better than my LG Transpyre? No. But being an AT& T phone it has a lot of their stuff on there. Since I will not be going with AT&T I have disabled a lot of it. You can't uninstall most of it. Has a many Apps already on it, just install what you want, uninstall what you don't want or disable it. The camera is okay, good enough to take pictures of whatever.I haven't found a Service Provider yet so I can't comment on the voice quality very much. I put in Sim Card from another phone (T Mobile) and made one call. It seemed to be good quality voice. And the other person was heard pretty good. And that's important to me. I might make an update when I really get to use it to make calls. Right now I pretty much play games on it and use it to have my money making apps and Email.

Replaced it in less than a year--SOOO many problems
Maybe my phone was the lemon, but it was bad in so many ways. For starters:- the speaker kept changing volume. One text notification was fine, the next 4 could barely be heard despite volume still being on high- the camera was blurry when taking pictures. Many times the picture would come out fine, but the camera screen wouldn't show it that way. Other times the picture was as bad as the view screen showed. So...we never used it for important pictures- it kept showing texts as unread (or showed texts that needed to be read) but they all were read, and re-read to make sure- it was impossible to see who was included in the string of text addresses. It showed the first number, then it showed "+4 others" (but there was no way to see who those were, which matters if you are planning a surprise and can't have some people on the text string)- the power connection (when charging the phone) kept disconnecting and re-connecting (this happened with both of the ZTE phones I owned). It was annoying to keep hearing it beep when it disconnected and reconnected randomly whenever it was plugged in.- the power button didn't work well...sometimes it would work fine, other times it didn't seem to work at all, so I just kept it on until it needed to restart and I would restart it instead of turning it off.- it kept duplicating contacts in my car. I had 3 and 4 duplicates of the same contacts in my car after connecting it and downloading my contacts the first time, but I didn't use it much in any other car (and I never downloaded the contacts in those cars), so I should know soon if this was an issue with my car, or with the phone. I am not giving the phone the benefit of the doubt since it has so many other issues.- the internet kept dropping randomly (same problem on my other ZTE phone)- it was NOT a clean, unlocked phone, as advertised. While it was unlocked, it was an AT&T phone with bunches of AT&T software on it that couldn't be deleted- the battery was NOT removeable, despite the original ad saying it was...and there were times when I wondered if the battery needed to be replaced because it would not hold a charge well all the time.- when deleting a text message...it would show the trash can to delete the selection, but when you tapped on the trash can, it would (more often than not) select the messages below the trash can too instead of activating the trash can to delete the message you selected. Since you couldn't see that you selected this conversation because it was hidden by the trash can bar, I would think my tap on the trash can wasn't close enough to the can or hard enough to activate it. This led to me deleting a text string I didn't want to delete and there was no way to get it back. Why would a trash can bar show up if it didn't block access to the item(s) below it???- something similar happened with my pictures. I selected pictures to delete, but didn't know when it said "deleting xx items in the gallery" that it meant the albums in the gallery, not individual folders, so I deleted most of my gallery instead of individual pictures.- I could go on...and since nothing comes with a good user manual anymore, maybe the last thing was my fault for not knowing enough about my relatively new phone and not looking it up online to know better, but I never had these problems with my older phones. And now I am replacing the phone because it is an awful product. If someone offered it for free, I wouldn't recommend it. It's way too quirky, unreliable, and problematic.
