Had one of these filters before and was brilliant.But this one.. Leaked everywhere..From the top and out the sides

Faulty Item, No response from Amazon
Faulty item. No response from Amazon to return/ replace this. Manufacturer said it is nothing to do with them. Completely waste of money. Awful customer service from both Amazon and Manufacturer.
