I was worriwd they wouldnt fit my new phone because it is so big...i was happy with the fit!

The media could not be loaded.  Purchased this product as it was essential for me to keep my phone close to my children due to having type 1 diabetes (need to constantly measure their blood sugar levels). Their advertisement was great, quoting 100% leak proof, so i trusted them and purchased the product. I purchased a 4 pack. When we used this product, first few minutes was fine but then all of a sudden water penetrated and i had no time to take the phone out of my daughters pouch. The damage was done. the phone was completely broken and now not only did i lost the phone, but i could not monitor her sugar levels. This was life threatening. I explained everything to the seller and they were emotionless. The stuck to scripture and only wanted to refund me and offer a £15 or £20 compensation amount. Ridiculous! Not only now do i want compensation for the phone but compensation for the stress and anxiety you have caused. You should be removed as a amazon seller.Oh, by the way, the seller said i should have tested it beforehand as they don't quality test their products! I agree, you most definitely do not quality test your products.Court proceedings will soon follow

Good item but missing all 4 neck straps

Terrible product. I tested the pouch with a tissue paper first as instructed and it was fine but when I came back from paddle boarding I noticed a small bit of sea water inside the bag, I removed and dried my phone but phone won't turn on and is completley useless.
