The handle was well packaged in a small box and as described. In the box you receive the following: -Braided water bottle handle with plastic attachment mechanism -A small compass attached to the handle -Carabiner clipped onto the handle (this can be removed if desired) -Paperwork – including instructions for how to put the handle on The braided cord is good quality that should last for years and is sturdy as a handle. The plastic part of the handle didn't go onto my water bottle with a couple of firm pushes, but I worked it on after I followed the instructions and used some hot water to make it more pliable. I purchased the aquamarine option and the color is accurate to the product pictures. The handle fits snug onto my Mira water bottle and it has a secure fit. I feel confident that the handle will carry the weight of a full bottle without any issues. Overall, this is a great purchase I recommend it to others that are considering a water bottle handle replacement.

I ordered the black paracord for my pink iron flask and got maybe 2 months of use out of it before the plastic part that wraps around the bottle snapped in half when I picked up my bottle one day. I'm a nurse so I use my water bottle constantly and was a little sad that the cord broke. If you're one of those people who carry a million things in/out at a time to avoid taking multiple trips, you understand how convenient this thing was to wear around my wrist while carrying a ton of other things haha. Luckily customer service was AMAZING. I emailed them with a picture of my broken paracord and order number and they got back to me later on that night asking me to pick out a new cord and they'd ship it out to me for free! Unfortunately, they didn't have any black cords left so I had to choose a different color but that's okay, I love my new one! 5/5 stars for amazing customer service, the new cord, and just for being an overall amazing company. I will continue to buy from this brand for this exact reason!

I chose this woven Iron Flask Paracord Handle in the navy, light blue, and black style, and it goes beautifully with my 22 oz. wide mouth navy Iron Flask water bottle. I highly recommend that if you get an Iron Flask water bottle you also get this Paracord Handle (see my review, and by the way the "water" bottle keeps hot liquids hot and cold liquids cold for a long time). Why get this handle? Because it makes the water bottle super easy to carry (it's just okay to carry without the handle), the paracord handle is sturdy yet flexible, and because as a bonus it's really nice looking. Both of these items come in many varieties, so you can mix and match them as you wish. It just feels really good to carry this water bottle with this corded handle attached. By the way, attaching it took a little patience, but once it's on, it really STAYS on and you never need to remove it. It is waterproof and it washes easily even though you have left the water bottle still attached to it. And guess what?---It has a little compass attached, a carabiner, and a well disguised whistle! The website also claims it has a fire-starter, but whaaaa?----I must have gotten mine before they put that fire-starter on (LOL!). I've had it over three years and it is holding up beautifully. I love this combination of the Iron Flask water bottle and Paracord Handle!

2nd time buying this product and it works great. 1st time was 3 years ago and it's still being used on my son's water bottle today. 2 years in the paracord did come undone a little but easy fix. Would definitely recommend.!!

I bought this paracord handle over a year ago, and it is still holding up well, for the most part! I put it on my 64 oz IceWater brand water bottle. It was really hard to get it over the metal lip under where the lid screws on (without warming it), but now I don't think it's ever coming off, unless it gets cut off. I haven't had any of the issues of people saying the clasp keeps coming undone or it keeps slipping off, so I can't speak to that, as mine has been perfect in that matter. I don't usually unclip mine, though, so maybe that's why? I dropped my water bottle pretty good a few days ago and was smelling what smelled like gasoline. Come to find out, the compass had busted, and whatever liquid is in there to supposedly make it work well (mine was never accurate) had come out. Not a big deal to me, but an FYI for those who care. To the people who keep saying theirs didn't come with the fire starter, whistle, and compass combo, looking through the pictures, they've changed their design. The one that I have is square-knotted, not braided. It seems like the only ones that still have the combo are the ones that are square-knotted or the flowers (sunflower and daisy).

I bought this (the paracord handle) for a DIY project. It's very nice for its intended purpose but the little compass & whistle is kinda childish. It's a solid product at a good price though. 5 star!

OMG!!!! I think you can see this gorgeous purple paracord from space!!!! If i didn’t know better, I’d say it almost glows purple. I absolutely love it!!!! Haven’t lost my drink since I swapped my old one out. Easy peasey lemon squeezy to put on and that’s saying something because my technical skills are nonexistent.

The caribineer spring broke on day 2 and the paracord snapped on day 7. I used the Paracord handle under light conditions attached to the 64oz widemouth flask with silicone boot and new lid. I only ever hooked the Paracord handle to my waistbelt and backpack. The bottle never got snagged or pulled on while the Paracord system was attached at any point in time, no abuse or heavy wear and tear. The lid is leaking at the spout and the boot slips off with little effort too. Would not recommend.

Be sure to heat the ring in hot water for 20-30 seconds like it says or you will have a hard time getting it over that last rung. I didn’t and it leaked. I re read it and voila. Perfect.
