Over the years I have purchased a dozen TENS units for a bad back; bad Arm and bad neck. Most of the units were just okay. They gave relief but only a little, as they were not powerful and strong enough. Some (mostly newer models) just didn’t do anything. Recently I packed away the only unit that was a bit higher in power and feel. I was in a bind because the back was acting up and I was going on a trip. I started searching Amazon for a suitable TENS unit. I also wanted one that could do both TENS also EMS. After going through a dozen units and reviews I discovered this one. I checked the reviews and just about everyone gave it 5 stars. That in itself is a big Red Flag. I see a lot of companies will give you a break or a discount or money back if you give a five star review on Amazon. I normally look for the reviews that are from One star to star and possibly three star. I look at the percentage of these reviews to the total number of reviews and if it falls within reason under 5% then I would consider it. This is what you Gotta do when you shop Amazon.Like I said this one had all five star reviews and I was suspect. It arrived within 24 hours at my Destiination and I started to use it. WOW! This little unit that’s a big punch. The biggest bunch of experienced in a portable battery operated unit. It also works on the TEBS & the EMS. I was blown away. I’m telling you as a lifelong suffer of pain and user of these units to believe such pain that you must pick up this unit. This is the best unit you will find anywhere. I promise you it will do everything you want to do and more. I don’t say this to often but it is 100% true. I only wish I can give it a higher rating that’s how much it’s amazing and worth the value that you’re going to get.I am so satisfied and happy with this purchase but I’m going to buy another one after I post this review. Do you self and all your ailing areas a favor, pick one of these up. You’re welcome.

I bought this because, like many people, I get back aches - the kind that you can’t stand up straight when they spasm. When I first opened it up, I was a little intimidated, but that quickly went away once I read the instructions. It’s easy to follow along and assemble/apply. It also comes with several sets of ...electrodes and nifty little holster so you can do other things besides hold onto the TENS unit.The first time I turned it on, it surprised me - because it kind of reminded me of a childbirth contraction! But not 8cm contraction... maybe like a 3cm one, lol. I quickly got used to it, though, and then just sat back for the 30 min cycle... noticing that as time went in, my back pain seemed to subside a bit.It didn’t completely ease my pain, but it definitely made it MUCH more tolerable and manageable.I’d definitely recommend this unit - especially if you’re like me and hate taking medicine. The price is nice, too ... very affordable!

A very good idea for temporary pain relief and recovery

I was always skeptical about these things but I gave it a try. The main controller was easy enough to set up. It comes with the batteries. It comes with 4 sets of pads that you plug into the top of the device. You can plug in two pad sets (4 sticky squares) at the same time. I just randomly picked the settings to test them out and it did emit some electric sensation. It gets strong af if you want.I tried this on my neck now. The adhesive clings onto your skin. I let it run for for several minutes. It was nice to numb the eternal pain. Overall. Nice device to test out if other means don’t work. There’s various settings for different parts of the body. Be sure to adjust the power settings!I thought these things were $100’s and I always wanted to stimulate the nerves. Try it out yourself.

I’d never used a personal TENS unit before, but when I wrenched my back ~3 weeks ago & went from chiro to physical therapy to work on it, I decided to try one. My chiro had a massive unit that helped a little the first 2 days, but when we figured what was wrong we decided I should go the PT route.Since my chiro’s TENS was helpful in treatment, I looked at reviews for options online. This unit had great reviews & the accessories seemed to be in line with other options, so I chose this one.I immediately received an email with additional information about it from the seller, & a couple of emails after that to check if I had any questions or concerns. I know those are probably automated emails, but I appreciate the additional touch points.Pain meds couldn’t touch the pain the I from the injury & physical therapy is the only think that’s helping me heal & strengthen the muscles that failed. In the meantime, the TENS unit has given me incredible relief, which also helps the healing process.When I’m at work I usually have the unit on 30 minutes of every hour, sometimes alternating with hot or cool pad simultaneously. The trickiest part to me to sticking the electrodes where they work best (mid-buttocks / low-mid back toward the center) & not getting the wires tangled when I dress / undress. However, that’s just the nature of it when you need to be able to place the electrodes where they do the most good.The batteries lasted a week with me using it about half of my waking hours, & I’ve just replaced them with our rechargeable batteries. I think this is a great product, especially for the money.I highly, highly recommend this unit.
