Fit perfectly and solved my overheating issue.
Delivered quickly, was an exact replacement. It actually worked (somewhat) better than the original when it was new (based on the CPU temp graph which I have going back to the NUC purchase). The original fan failed after less than 18 mo. and getting Intel to replace it under warranty was a hassle, so I decided to just replace the fan.The replacement was easy (see youtube).

Intel NUC Cooling Fan
This fan has made a world of difference. The old fan struggled to run and resulted in several shutdowns of the CPU. Since putting the new fan in the chassis I seldom hear the fan because it is so quiet and the temperature of the machine is a lot lower - never hot like before. This was a much needed purchase.
