Best for visiting young grandchildren.
Another “gadget” that does much but adds little to my extensive collection of “gadgets” except...My young grandchildren have one in their houses too and nothing is better for visiting with them. They have no trouble touching my picture on the Probe and giving me a call to visit, read or hear a story or play games or just say good morning.

Unable to get to work
Gave this as a gift to my dad and his girlfriend. They live out in a rural setting but they still get cell service. We have tried to tether the device to the mobile hotspot on her phone and unfortunately it crashes every time they go to try and do the update. The system says it has a good single but they could never get it past the update screen. I have tried reaching out the Portal Technical support and so far not much help.
