First off, to get them out of the way, I have a couple very tiny gripes. When the light is in Touch mode (touching the icons on the sides to control it, versus using Smart Life), it is extremely sensitive to touch and I accidentally changed settings more than once while just handling it. The colors are also pretty limited in touch mode, but there is at least one preset that I like. What I *do* really like about the touch mode is that I can choose to turn off the lasers, moon, swirls, or any combination thereof. My complaint here is that I cannot turn any of those individual components off/on in WiFi mode, as there is nothing in the app that provides for those functions, as far as I can tell (which is more the responsibility of Smart Life and/or TuyaSmart, though, than the machine itself). It’s just fully on, no matter what. And I’m mostly okay with that, I guess, but it would be nice to have that versatility while still being able to control it using the apps and Alexa. I will also say that I wish the swirl pattern projection was a little bit larger (like, a larger bulb area) to cover more of my bedroom with the swirling lights. I’m still trying to figure out the ideal placement that isn’t, like, in the center of my bed.Now, for the good stuff. I love this light. I’m 40 years old and I absolutely love having this ambiance in my room when I’m ready to relax. I’m also considering using it as a backdrop for burlesque/singing acts that I am recording at home, and I may try to use the music function for that.I took advantage of a coupon that was being offered through Amazon and managed to buy it for a good deal cheaper than most of the lights that are being heavily advertised on social media — plus I wasn’t concerned since I wasn’t ordering from some fly-by-night company that may not actually deliver. This light is compact, bright, and effective, and it responds well to Alexa.All in all, I’d strongly recommend this light for all ages. It works best in as dark a room as possible, of course, but I really love it so far.

The best part is it’s a small unit, projects clearly and full coverage of a bedroom, and works with your phone.Smart WiFi setup TIP: unplug and re plug in the power cord 3 times to get the device into pairing mode. You cannot click the power button on the side of the device when the WiFi switch is turned on, only in manual mode. So make sure you have WiFi switch on and Then manually unplug the USB cable three times and then it will rapidly blink to enter pairing mode.

Our family loved this product ! It ended up in our kids rooms and the girls loved it . They interact with it , they ask amazon Alexa to change its setting . They are no longer afraid to sleep in there room at night . We simple set this product on top of a table and he has 7 settings that light up the entire room . It has a 360 degree so it really does light all all 4 walls and the ceiling. When it’s time for bed the kids race to there room too turn on there star light moon projector . This projector is super quite you can easily set up timers using your Alexa app and have this device automatically turn off when your kids are all asleep . Highly recommend this product to anyone amazon customer looking for a great children’s night lite !

This star projection is insanely cool. To set up the Wifi you need to slide to the wifi icon on bottom of device. Then literally unplug and replay device in outlet 3x so that it goes to "Searching mode". You will know it works once the colors start changing rapidly. Make sure your phone is on a 2.4 ghz WiFi and your location & Bluetooth settings on. You should successfully connect it via WiFi once all those steps are done.

I had purchased this for my child for an alternative to a conventional night light. So far so good, it works pretty good and is definitely more interesting than a standard night light. The kiddo likes it and so far it has been a little less hassle getting him to go to bed. Overall I am happy with the purchase and would recommend it to others who are looking for a night light alternative.

I typically don’t write reviews. This is a great product. Device works well and paired up easier than the prior reviews stated. Only issue we have had is that the Sky moon light is idle for awhile it drops off the network and Alexa and the app do not pick it up. When I remove the plug and plug it back in it comes back on the WiFi. So as a work around I put a $3 on/ off switch on the device that u can buy at Lowe’s or Home Depot and plug into that and then into the wall. So if it loses the WiFi connection, my daughter can very easily switch it off and back on and it reconnects vs removing the plug and plugging it back in. Not sure if that is a consistent WiFi drop issue if it times out, or our device is not working properly. In lieu of sending it back since it has worked just fine since Xmas day, that was what I did. On very rare occasions I did have to relearn it back into the WiFi which is very easy. Other than that it is a great device for the low price!

love this product, I recommend this 100%. Just put some music, turn on the projector and you'll scape.work really nice with Alexa and also with the app to set the scenarios.
