Talk about bang for the buck!
First of all, I paid $13.95 (w/ free prime shipping) for this speaker! I was skeptical and didn't think I would get much at this price point, but all the positive reviews told a different story so I decided to check it out for myself. It arrived in a timely fashion - packaged securely and professionally. My first impression of the speaker was that it had the look and feel of a much more expensive speaker. It has a nice brushed metal appearance, and it is quite heavy for its size. Syncing was a breeze. Within minutes of unboxing, I had it paired with my iPhone and Macbook Air with no passcode required. I'm using it in my office which is about 400 sq ft, and the sound volume is more than adequate. In fact, it's so loud I typically use it at or below half volume. I tried placing the speaker in every corner of the room and the connectivity was solid. It's hard for me to point out any negatives especially at this price point, but if I was being picky I would echo other reviews that stated volume control issues. The volume/track buttons are combined. Single click = track +/-. Press & hold = volume +/-. Not really an issue for me - just something to get used to. And finally, the sound quality is good. Not the best I've ever heard, but still very good. It's a nice full range sound. The top end isn't as vibrant as I would normally prefer, but again I only paid $13.95 for this speaker. I am really nitpicking here. Overall, an amazing value!

Stout, little speaker, great sound, a few more features than my iHome speaker
This is the second of this speaker I've gotten, forth of this brand. Great sound, even if you can't fiddle with the levels of base and treble. The base does come out well, though. I'm the typical girl, I like my music to boom boom fairly well, nothing to rattle the glass out of the windows. I've adjusted the equalizer on my phone, and the levels that I want come out well on the speaker. This little booger is quite heavy, a solid, little can. It'd cause a dent if you threw it at someone. I'd had the first one for over 6 months before I messed with any of the buttons, only paired it to my phone and went. I'd gotten it on Prime day 2016 as a lightning deal, thinking it was a fab deal. It was $12.79. But, it was better than $15.99, every little bit helps. I thought a spare speaker would be nice, so I grabbed it, didn't really read what all it did, just that he got good reviews. Fast forward to January 2017, I was trying to figure out the volume, having only used the one of my phone. I didn't know if it even had volume, as my iHome (still a good little speaker) does not. Anyway, I whoop out the huge manual and read that he has FM radio capability. I was quite surpised. I had to hook up the charging cable as an 'antenna', as recommended, and got a fair amount of channels, for Podunk, at least. I like my little speaker even more now. He's really well made, has great sound, seems sturdy quality. I'd definately recommend him.Picture for size comparison. iHome, Easyacc (same height as iHome, fatter), EasyAcc 2 (slightly taller than iHome, much fatter), EasyAcc SoundCup (obvious size difference), 20 oz. Mt. Dew bottle (terrible sound quality, don't recommend at all).

A 4-Speaker Comparison
My need was for a small speaker that could be stand-alone by playing MP3s loaded onto a TF card. There were a number to choose from that had the same basic functions, and sound quality. But there were pros and cons to each of the 4 units I tried out. All of them connected via Bluetooth, had AUX input, charges via USB connector, had a little (though insignificant) FM radio ability (Silver unit had none), and had relatively good sound considering the small size of the units (don’t expect superior sound – they are small, inexpensive, portable units). However, they all had weaknesses regarding the use of the TF card (a Micro SD card). The TF card could not be inserted straight into the Purple and Silver units – they went in crooked and would not play. The Green unit accepted the TF card and was recognized (identified by a flashing light, but would not play). The Red unit played the files on the TF card, but I had to push it in very far, but couldn’t get it to eject later - - I had to use needle-nose tweezers to pull the card out. But since I could at least get it to play from the card, I ordered a second one - - this one worked and ejected – but once again, I had to push the card far in, using my fingernail to push it far enough. I went back to my 1st, identical unit (not having mailed it back yet), and sure enough, if I used my fingernail to push it in far enough, it would insert and eject. Thus, I rejected: 1) the Purple, “ThinkBox” (2*); 2) the Silver, LotFancy “SuperBass” (3*); and 3) the Green, “Kcrtek” (4*).The Red EasyAcc “Mini-Cannon” was the winner when it came to my needs, and I will keep both of them (one to serve as a backup) – it gets 5*. If you have no need for the TFcard MP3 player, then all could be in contention, but this unit would still be my preference.More Pros and Cons provided with the individual units. The Red EasyAcc “Mini-Cannon” – 5*:I liked:-- Had a quality feel to it - - largely due to the weight-- Note indicating the desire to make the customer happy – contact them in the event of any problem.-- Had the best volume control – slow enough to be able to achieve the desired level.-- Is the only one of the 4 units that could play the contents of the TF card.-- Modes were identified audibly with pleasing tones (no voice)-- Was the most significant packaging of all the units – well protected for shipment.-- Had the most complete manual.I didn’t like:-- Mode was more difficult to recognize without any English description – only tones-- Difficult to insert and eject the TF card - - probably due to the thick aluminum exterior.Worth noting:-- The buttons seemed to be more substantial than on the other units.-- No good way to tie off this speaker – 2 very minor grooves in an otherwise smooth body.-- No obvious indicator if the unit is well charged, or is receiving a charge – work-around is to use a power bank with it’s lights as a charging indicator.
