super easy to use
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This is our first time ever making a loaf of bread and also our first time ever using a break maker too. It's pretty fascinating to actually see the complete process how breads are made. Out of the box, the machine looks almost like a rice cooker, the dough's container is made of metal with non-stick surface inside, it can be removed by rotate it slightly to the right and pull it out, and to insert it back in, just place it back in and rotate slightly to the left to lock it into place. The manual is pretty details and easy to follow. It comes with 3 rotating blades, insulated gloves, measuring cup, measuring spoon, and a hook to use to life the container up from the machine when it's still hot. As you can see from my video, once I've measured all the ingredients correctly to the recipe (with water plus salt/sugar, and whole grain flour, butter and lastly yeast), just pour them all into the container in the same order then close the lid, and turn on the machine and set it to run. There are 19 preset modes that you can pick from or you can manually set it to whatever you desired. To make bread, we just simply selected the weight (of all ingredients), then pick color mode (which basically is how long to bake it, from light to dark) and lastly to select how long is the delay time, if you want to have it start right away then just leave it at 2:55, which is actually how long it takes to make a loaf of bread. During the process, it stirs then rest a few times, then it sits for about an hour and half for fermentation and then baking takes between 25 minutes to 40 minutes depend on the color you picked earlier. So, we've been putting all the ingredients in before we go to bed around 10pm, and set it to bake with delay of about 5.5 hours, and usually our bread is ready around 7am in the morning. It's very convenience to use, easy to clean, and we get to have fresh home made bread every morning for breakfast.

Very nice bread maker
I had a Hamilton bread maker for years. It worked great. My friend had this one and works out even better so I bought this. Here is the compares. Turn out the bread tasted crispy but not over cooked. The same ingredients the same settings. The loaf size is the same but the new one is smaller overall. Save space. It comes with more functions like jam and yogurt. It also comes with 1 cooking guide, 1 glove, 3 kneading paddles, 1 measuring cup and 1 teaspoon. No need to spend extra money for the basic stuffs. The price is fair compared to other brands. Easy to clean. I highly recommend this.

It works and works fast
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Made bread with it for the first and second time yesterday and today. It is too easy. I’m going to gain weight. You put the ingredients in and three hours later you have a loaf. The instructions and recipe book could be a little more clear. It does take some deciphering. We took our own bread recipe and put it in under the first setting and it worked well. I’m looking forward to trying some of the unique loafs their book recommends though. I would recommend this.

Good quality, love how it mixes it up and then bakes, so automated, and so good.
I wanted to make my own bread without any extra chemicals, and found this bread maker with good specs and a good price. Out of the box, this is a really solid machine. Very well made, solid bucket, and a twist, pops out perfectly. I really had no idea on how to make bread, where the instruction book is great, and even better is the bread cook book. Following the instructions was super easy in the cook book. I just drop it the ingredients from the cook book, and I just love how it stirs it up and then bakes it, all I do, is take it out, cool and eat. And the fresh bread task is so good. Never over bakes, always perfect, and I just love that fresh bake bread smell in the air too. No cons, works great where I am VERY happy with the purchase.

Loud and won't last
Before I write this review I want to say that my previous bread machine (that lasted about 10 years) was amazing. I can't replace that one because they don't make it anymore. I thought I would give this one a try because it seemed to have some decent reviews. I don't believe the positive reviews for this machine. I'm returning it! It is ridiculously loud and after one test run-of a recipe that I had to find on the internet because the cookbook that came with it is terrible - the kneading paddle is stuck (this was the downfall of my other machine, the kneading paddle holder had completely worn out and it couldn't knead dough anymore) with the paddle seeming to strip the holder in the first use, I have no confidence in this machine.

Everything came out great
It heat very fast with bake Functions. I had couple bread machines before, none of them worked for me since the outside was too tough and thick, when I reduce bake time to have thinner crust then the bread was not completely cooked in the very middle. This bread machine doesn't do that and the bread come out perfect, I guess its because the pan size is smaller than my previous bread machines. It's not a matter to me though I don't need to make a bigger load anyway. I was able to make Mochi/rice cake with the sticky rice function. That actually was the main reason why I bought this machine. I should take pictures of my rice cake/ mochi next time when I make them. Just throw the raw sweet rice and water in, the machine will do all automatically, but I prefer to cook the rice in my rice cooker first then transfer them into the machine then use the knead function because my rice cooker cooks rice faster. But if you only want 1 step, you can use the sticky rice function, it cooks then knead
