think the question was asked to learn about the system...inverter would not be necessary due to the lack of power being converted to ac..

Q: When the charging process is interrupt by cloud or trees will the charging countinous automatically or must i plug out and plug in the smartphone?

Ive found that the device you're charging has more to do with the restart or not. My easyacc power banks restart on their own when connected to my Aukey and Nektek chargers, but my cheaper power banks wont. They need to be separated and replugged each time the wattage changes. (From a cloud, shadow etc)
