These were just what I needed for prehab type work, stretching, and even some exercises (a light set of "band pullthroughs," with one end of the band tied to a rack or other secure object, really works well with these bands). I usually buy these directly from EliteFTS but found a good price on Amazon. :)

I have used the same pair of Elite FTS orange bands now for 7 years. 7 YEARS. I bought them back when they were a specialty powerlifting item and hadnt yet been bastardized by CrossFit. I have a set of red bands I've used for at least 5 years and an average band I've had for maybe 8 years. While I'm now retired from powerlifting, I still use them for reverse band squats, face pulls, and other assistance exercises. They are about to be laid to rest hence me shopping for new bands.They are not the cheapest on the market; it seems Chinese-made products are now dominating consumer goods, and it's tough to "buy USA" when it's twice the price. BUT---these are the original real-deal resistance bands. And ELite FTS is a great company that has been serving lifters for a long time.
