Got for my one year old and she loves it! It's safe because it's just water and it's durable. She's dropped it down stairs, gotten rough, hit her brother with it. LOL! And it's still holding strong. Both my 5 year old and 1 year old love to draw on it. It's perfect for road trips or trips to Grandma's cause it's just water and it's hard to get the water everywhere, but if they manage it's an easy clean!

Great for traveling and for keeping your kiddo occupied during appointments. The water does dry really quickly, so it’s best for little ones who scribble or draw simple pictures. It’s double sided, so it’s great for impatient little ones. Comes with 4 pens, which is nice if your little one is still learning to draw. My son was a bit aggressive, pushing down with the pen, but the tip did not break off or push in.

I thought this would be great for my daughter who loves to draw on everything, but after 2 days of use, I realized that there were stains (made by my daughter) on both sides of the board, and one of the water pens was not working. I wouldn't recommend this for toddlers because if they hold the board with their dirty hands, they will completely ruin it and you wouldn't be able to use it anymore. The idea is nice and smart, but just not practical for use of a toddler or any kid really.

Got this at Christmas for my son who turned one in November. Right off the bat, I can tell this is another well-made B. toy. Nice, thick plastic, solid construction built to withstand drops and play by a one-year-old, and beautiful colors. This toy is thoughtfully designer with the slots for each of the four “markers.” I filled up each marker and popped them into place. They stayed put, yet were easy to pop out for use. My son is still too young to understand the cause-and-effect or drawing, so I’ve since placed this on a shelf to try again later, perhaps when he’s 18 months as recommended by B. So you’re probably wondering why I docked a star, right? Well as much as I love the design and function of this toy, I noticed that marks were left behind after the water dried on the drawing surface. You can still see the outlines of what was drawn and since evaporated. Too bad, but then again, not that big of a deal. I know my son won’t even notice. Looking forward to trying this toy again in a few months and hopefully, using it in the car or on plane flights.

This is a great alternative to markers, crayons, or those magnetic board. No mess, just water. The part of the board that get wet turns darker color. The board and the water markers are made out of good quality plastic. My kid loves it.

My 12 month old’s favorite toy! It will keep him occupied for such a long time. It’s a great way for him to learn how to hold a pen and make a mark without any ink. Highly recommend!

15 mo and 3 1/2 year old keep going back to this drawing board. I have found it in every room in the house. Actually one was on toilet drawing the other day. I'd say its a win, its got 4 pens that stay w/water for days and easy to fill! Pens also snap into the board which is perfect for multi age. Little ones like to have one pen per hand.
