I have never used cast iron pan before and was a bit skeptical. However, this product changed my perspective. I have been using this pan for almost 2 years and got no complains. I use less than a quarter tea spoon of cooking oil for each paniyaram and never had issue of sticking. Works same a non stick pan.

It is Good quality product.. metal is ok. However, during first usage, appe was stick in surface. In addition, some safety features required to handle it.. There should be a thermostatic handle or wooden handle provided to handle it if hot.

I bought this to replace non-stick one. Before using, it needed a good wash and seasoning. I cook in it using same amount of oil that I used for non-stick. It does take longer time to cook though since it’s quite thicker than non-sticks. However, I don’t have to worry about scratching the utensils like with non-stick.

Ye bahut he heavy material ka h.. jalega nhi kuch bhi banaoge to.. go for it esay to use and rough nhi h thik h..

Must buy It putting review after using it for more than 2 weeks, watch some "How to season Cast Iron utensils ? " Videos on internet, follow that and then you are good to go, it work like non stick product. Pros 1. Healthier no toxic coatings. 2 Good robust Original cast iron material 3. Best heat retention. I did the last batch without heat supply. 4. Even heat distribution. Con 1.Can't say it's cons it's another quality only, but it's too heavy more than 2 kg, Need to handle with more care.
