The product is beautiful, but it is a collectible and the packaging was crushed, cracked and torn.

These were a little expensive for 4 of them but they are gorgeous. That being said for Anniversary items the boxes they came in are very flimsy, they were mashed on the corners and just not very nice packaging. These were bought as gifts. My other disappointment was Amazon’s packaging. Normally I would say Amazon does a great job with their packaging but these came in a box 3 times their size with no paper, air bags or anything to prevent breakage. The only items in the box were the 4 crystals. These did arrive unbroken but that was just luck. I would think that a breakable, expensive item such as this would warrant more care. Other than the care they received this is a great item

I'm so glad I bought this. It is worth every penny!!! This item is beautiful and well made, as you would expect from Swarovski. It is not clear crystal, there is an iridescent effect to it. It sparkles just beautifully. It seems a bit larger than the regular annual ornaments, and there is definite weight to it. If you want something which stands out, I would highly suggest this. My husband was also super impressed with it and admitted it was worth the money.

Amazing looking ornament with a stunning multicolor finish. The small, engraved 2020 tag is wrapped in plastic so it doesn’t get scratched from rubbing against ornament during shipping, nice touch. I’m disappointed in the blue Swarovski box my ornament came in, however. I collect these and keep them and their boxes in pristine condition. This Swarovski box was crushed and someone had partially peeled off the sticker on the back, tearing into the blue triangular box. If this had been a gift I’d be embarrassed by the way it looked.

My wife has collected these Swarovski ornaments for many years. This one was larger than the Annual (2020) ornament and was very beautiful on our tree along with the many other ones collected over the years. It came in two days (NYC to PGH). The second part of the order got separated and took 19 days to come from NYC by USPS. Fresh Pearl helped me track down that part of the order (containing the two 2020 Annual Ornaments that were bought as Christmas presents) and helped me get them before Christmas. This anniversary edition is absolutely beautiful. Same size as the other large size ornaments but it is made with very pale pastel crystals. When the sun lite hits it - awesome. What a gift for someone special or a special gift for yourself.

Absolutely stunning reasonable size and gorgeous gleam/sparkle from it, the colours are just beautiful. Bought as gift and sure will go down brilliantly.

Schade, dass man Amazon als Lieferant nicht bewerten kann.Der Artikel ist toll.Doch Amazon hatte sich entschlossen, das Teil in einer flachen ungepolsterten Versandtasche zu versenden.Entsprechend ist die Originalverpackung sehr malträtiert bei mir angekommen (siehe Fotos) und es ist eher ein Wunder, dass das Ornament unversehrt geblieben ist.Sehr schade - das Teil ist verständlicherweise ein Geschenk und macht jetzt einen ganz tollen Grabbelkisten-Eindruck, statt Swarovski-gewohnt 'zu glänzen'.Das nächste Mal wieder direkt vom Hersteller ... !Bin echt enttäuscht.

Beautiful crystal, and is NOT the same as the smaller crystal available at Costco as another poster claimed.
