Unlike some mesh wifi modems these seem to be really good quality that works well and was easy to set up and reliable in use. The software app for them is very useful and contains some useful features and controls. We have them about 12 meters apart and they then cover a radius of about 6m effortlessly. Ours is a long thin house with flint walls that can have a big impact on coverage, but these work very well. I have 2 ssid's one for visitors that cannot access my computers or other devices. On fibre they are very high speed for multiple users streaming TV . I like them and would buy again, but hope i don't have to for a very long time

Great product. Easy to set up and install and instantly gave good wifi coverage to the whole house which previously was very patchy. I like the convenience and utility of being able to monitor the whole thing from my phone. I waited some weeks before submitting this review to be able to assess stability and speed, both of which have been consistent with specifications and fine for streaming video, internet tv, gaming etc. Definitely recommended if you want a basic, easy fix for patchy wifi for a relatively affordable price.

Just moved over to virgin media. Internet speeds are great but the WiFi coverage not so much with the rear of the (average sized 3 bed family home) home not getting full coverage, specifically the rear upstairs bedroom. With this mesh system I now have full coverage. I placed one satelite in the bedroom that was not getting full coverage and a second in the kitchen which gives me wi fi in the garden aswell. I ran CAT6 cable which I cut myself. The best way to explain the result is its like having the router in every room. The mesh system is far superior to the boosters you can buy. The difference between a booster and a mesh system is like night and day, like I said it's like physically having the router in every room. Set up is as easy as shown on YouTube and I'm very pleased. I expect a return for my money after 10 months because the mesh system virgin were offering would have cost me double over the full term and its basically rented by the customer. With this I own it and I am not chained to any single isp provider.

One upstairs and one downstairs. Seemed to link just fine and run in extender mode. I did notice something annoying though which is you would expect given it's designed to be seamless connectivity between you would get the maximum speed right next to each node. What happens is you get 1.2gbps next to the closest node you initially connected to then the speed drops as low as 500mbps when you go next to the other node. But if I simply turn off my device wifi and reconnect then the speed jumps up to 1.2gbps and gets poorer as I go towards the other node. This is not how I expected mesh to work. I expected 1.2gbps at each node seamlessly. Other than that the latency is good and fast and all my signal blackspots are gone. My internet is only 70mbps so anything over 140mbps is fine for surfing but if you have regular bulk transfers in mind then be prepared to reconnect to bump the speed up.

I installed this in my new build home in Ireland. Works amazing and easy to setup. This can easily be setup using nothing but just Deco app on your phone. I have this for over 2 months now and no issues so far. Working as perfect as day one. Internet speeds are great too. Just make sure to completely cut of signals from your older router to avoid signal interference. The mesh network allows devices to connect to best available deco router. This device also changes and adjust WiFi frequencies to get you the best possible speeds. Amazing piece of technology!

After trying a number of more expensive routers with promised ranges far exceeding the size of my property that still left dead zones, I have finally got coverage in all bedrooms. Even though I only have a 50MB fibre broadband, the Virgin router was constantly dropping Wifi signal. I wanted a wifi 6 router for future proofing and the supposed 'intelligent wifi' features. I tried TP-Link and Asus routers that made very little difference no matter where they were located in the house. I ordered this 2 unit Deco mesh system on offer for just over £100, half the price of the last router I tried. I have finally got excellent wifi coverage throughout the building and to the bottom of the drive!! The only issue I have noticed is that not all of my devices switch over to the closest unit with the strongest signal. Having said that I will still get the full 50MB speed. Would definitely recommend the deco system, it does what I need it to and is probably capable of doing much more, setup was simple and the app gives the control most users would need.

I've got my Virgin Superhub in modem only mode, leaving the Deco system to handle all of our home network. These were replacing some older Deco M4 units which only had 100 megabit ethernet ports so the gigabit throughput from the main Deco is nice given we have the 350 megabit package. The best thing is, our old Deco M4 units are still compatible with the newer units and are acting as remote units, extending our network even further. My phone even benefits from the full 350 megabit bandwidth over WiFi now which is great. My final take is: Easy to set up. ✔️ Easy to add to an already established Deco network. ✔️ No e-waste of old products as they remain compatible. ✔️ An excellent product. 👍

I already have the 2 of these x20 deco's that I brought from Amazon. Just brought 2 more also from Amazon but it turns out these new ones are an older hardware version to what I already own. My existing ones have a more recent firmware. These ones I just brought won't update to the same firmware version and some features I have started to use aren't supported I the older firmware. Maybe in time these older hardware ones will get the same features, but I have returned for a refund as Amazon say they can't supply a specific hardware version. Btw: I do like the x20 deco but the plug and play isn't quite true if you use all the features. Guess if you're just using the basic WiFi expansion then it's will be fine

Schnelle Lieferung, ein bißchen schade, dass ich zwei Reisestecker zusätzlich kaufen musste, da die repeater mit einem amerikanischen Netzstecker geliefert wurden und ich nirgends zur Artikelbeschreibung einen Hinweis dazu gefunden habe, sonst hätte ich dieses Produkt gar nicht erst gekauft. Befürchte nun durch die Verlängerung mit diesen Stecker kein so gutes Ergebnis zu bekommen. Schade

I've been using TP-Link products for years and they are great products. Easy to use and have pretty good support. Until I ordered this and found that I should have read the reviews about it coming with a UK power plug. It would be a good idea to ship goods to Australia with either the correct power plug or provide the appropriate adapter in the box
