Does this product have a warranty and what is Amazon's return policy on this product?

I’m not sure about a warranty but you can send it back if you don’t like it within the Amazon timeframe. It’s very sturdy and an excellent product, I used it 3 times a day for 20 mins for 5 months after my knee replacement and it was absolutely wonderful and very effective in helping me regain my range of motion. I don’t understand how another reviewer had hers break within 2 weeks.

Is there an option to adjust the resistance?

No, but you can raise the front or back to change the angle of exercise, to engage the hamstrings or quadriceps muscles. It’s not meant to be an aerobic exercise machine, it’s meant to increase the range of motion of your knees. I can’t recommend it highly enough. I used it after knee replacement surgery and it worked better than the sliding exercise my physiotherapist taught me. I just sat in a kitchen chair with arns and watched TV. It’s perfect

How does the fitglider help with strengthening my hip?

It strengthens the thigh muscles especially if you incline the front and do reps then turn it around and incline the back and complete reps.

Does this help with weight loss?

I bought it for exercising my knees. All activity burns some calories, but I’m not sure that weight loss was the main goal for Bob & Brad when they designed it.
