Classic SPAM Taste with a Lighter, Less Salty Twist
This 25% Less Sodium SPAM is a great option for anyone who loves the classic SPAM flavor but wants a healthier balance. It still has that signature taste and texture, just with noticeably less salt, which makes it easier to enjoy in everyday meals without feeling overly heavy. Itโs incredibly versatileโperfect for frying with eggs, adding to fried rice, sandwiches, or even quick snacks. The 12-pack is also a great value and makes it easy to stock up for long-term pantry storage. Overall, this is a reliable staple with the same great quality SPAM is known for, just a bit lighter and more balanced.

beans, rice, and spam. Trifecta of survival food, haha. Pretty good, and versatile
Pork with ham and mechanically separated chicken parts (and other flavorings, preservatives). The usual stuff these canned meats are made with. Just a little less sodium. I dont eat this, like ever (ok rarely), but I have no problem with it. I keep it on hand as an ultra convenience food item, and just as a food item period. Long shelf life (acquired 05/2022, and has 2025 date on it). Keep in mind shelf life is not an indication of safety (check out gov websites), but a matter of quality. It just means that if stored well it should maintain same level of quality as day one, after that there may be decline. But it is still good so long as can has not been breached. Try it out in different ways. Frying is nice, or cubing up and adding to whatever is on hand. If you are using it as a food prep/food insurance item, then I imagine it wont matter what you do with it so long as you have it if needed. But it can sure add a lot of flavor to a casserole or one pot meal. If the price is right, go for it. Doesnt matter if it is low sodium or not, if it is being used in a more precarious situation when the added salt will be used up easily. All my cans look great, no dents. Well packaged. I have them tucked away for future (likely near future use).

SPAM Store: SPAM 25% Less Sodium, 12 Pack, 12 oz Cans
SPAM Store: SPAM 25% Less Sodium, 12 Pack, 12 oz Cans SPAM was on sale! What is not to like? And I was able to buy a case of twelve cans and autumn will be coming soon. There is nothing like SPAM cooked outside on a griddle with scrambled eggs and/or pancakes. Nothing is better!

Tasty and versatile
It's SPAM which I love. I like salty food. Even tho low sodium, it is still a bit in the salt taste. I love it and stock up for when I need survival food. Versatile in use. While could be eaten straight from can I can't do it. I like using in fried rice; breakfast; musubi; anything the imagination can come up with.

Still salty
Spam is always the best luncheon meat but even this states that it is less sodium but it is still very salty. I wish it could have 50% less sodium

I grew up being told this was cheap crap; but now, I love this stuff.
* Easier to fry than bacon. * Costs a lot less. * Good flavor. * Love how it's toasty on outside and a little soft on inside. * Once opened, stores well in refrigerator. * Long shelf life. * Hardest part of meal is getting it out of can! But I learned to apply pressure to shorter "ends" and it pops right out.

Excellent Value
Excellent value for my favorite SPAM. Like the less sodium but keep the fat. Tried the less fat and don't like the taste and needs oil to cook in pan.
