I have been taking this NMN for three weeks. The first week I took 500MG and after 10 days I increased to 1000MG. I started feeling more energy. Other than that, I have not felt any difference. I have been taking this for 9 days. I have Type 2 diabetes and a weight issue. I checked with my physician before taking these. I take one pill per day. The only other thing I changed at the same time was intermittent fasting. I have not changed what I am eating, but just when, fasting from 14-16 hours out of 24. My blood sugars are down about 25% across the board and I have lost 4 pounds. I also have more energy, although never jittery or caffeinated. I also find that I am able to focus. I have been getting so much more done. I know everyone will have a different experience, but this is mine.
