Great product,providing that you get one that has not been open and used. other than that this product really works it is very very easy to install with no problems at all. and it is fairly priced so you cant go wrong with ordering this.

I have a 2011 MacAir that had a corrupted hard drive and could not install a new iOS from Apple website. This High Sierra was the answer. It came with excellent instructions which made the installation a breeze. It is now running as new. It is worth every penny. 5 stars.

Encrypted my hard drive so now it's locked and it didn't work. Returned but no refund for $32.74 received.

His offer of tech support was a lie. He did send me a usb because the dvd didn’t work. However he sent me the wrong software version and it didn’t work. Emailed him and he said there’s nothing he can do. You need to do better. Of you not going to honor your FREE tech support then don’t offer it!!!!’

I have an earlier mid 2011 Mac. The original OS was Snow Leopard and I had progressively updated through all the versions of OS and ended at High Sierra. It worked well but eventually slowed down. I have the original Snow Leopard OS disk but it just takes way too much time and effort to go back and upgrade from there to High Sierra. I was at first skeptical about whether this High Sierra disk would work but it did. I popped the disk in, erased the HD and installed the OS. It all went well and I am 100% happy with the results.
