Wellness Trufood Tasty Pairings Natural Grain Free Wet Raw Dog Food, 5-Ounce Cup (Pack Of 24)

My dog loves this food and gobbles it up. He was a tad overweight and we were looking for a way to reduce calories and this did the trick. We would typically feed him a Wellness Petite Entree container mixed with dry food. My vet suggested we cut the dry food since it has so many calories, but the wet food alone wasn't filling him up. This TruFood container has just about the same calories as the Petite Entrees and almost double the volume. No need for dry food, and he's satisfied and full. I'm sure it has a greater water content, but that's not such a bad thing since it's nutrition is complete. This actually looks somewhat appetizing compared to other wet dog foods we've tried. The color is true to the individual ingredients and the smell isn't horrible like most dog foods.

One of the best products on the market in terms of high quality products used to make a super delicious meal for my puppies. The one downside is the pricing. Trufood seemed to have over priced themselves out of all the brick and mortar stores but amazon.. good ole faithful still sells them. If you feed per the directions it’s several hundreds to feed a small dog in a month. So sadly while my dogs truly loved this product and I did as well it’s terrible that I have to change their diets. One thing when I had just 1 dog but 2... can’t afford it anymore

My dogs love this product. However it is quite high priced for the amount of food in each container. If I feed this alone to my two small dogs, it would cost me $6 per day to feed them!

We purchased this food at Petsmart for a few months. On line reviews pointed out this product was not made in USA - I think it was Thailand. I called the company about this issue and was told it was made in fully US approved facility (s) however Wellness is stoppng its production.

Unfortunately, my dog just didn't like it very much. I would feed her and it would sit uneaten while she begged for food. It is a real shame because I love the ingredients and thought it would be perfect for her. I ended up having to give a lot of it to a local rescue, so it didn't go to waste.

I received the wet dog food, TRUFOOD on Thursday.That night I fed with 1/2 wet food ,and 1/2 their regular dry food. My Pomeranian ate the food with relish. My Papillon who has a sensitive stomach, picked at her food and only ate about a fourth of the food. Thursday night she was whining,scratching, and rolling on the carpet. She did that for an hour. I gave her a massage which seem to help her. She does have allergies, and I think there must be something in the food causing her stress. This morning my Pomeranian ate the food just fine. Bridget, my papillon would not touch the food. I can not get her to eat anything, even tried fixing her regular food. It's noon, and she just mopes around refusing to eat anything. Most of the time when she doesn't like a food, I can get her to eat some home cooking. This time she refuses to eat anything. If it doesn't improve by this afternoon, I will take her to her Vet.
