It looks somewhat of what the picture showed but the measurements for a little bit off so I was unable to use it.

I am a custom home builder. Figured I would give these a shot in our new home and save some money over name brand faucets. The old adage goes, "You get what you pay for!" Could not be more true for these faucets. They look nice and were going to be perfect for the master bathroom in our new home. But after 30 days a leak developed under one sink. I thought it was the supply lines at first. Went through all the typical trouble shooting processes. Not until I pulled the valve out and hooked water to it where I could see the whole set up out in the open did I discover that there was a crack at the bottom of one of the threads. This is in a part of the faucet that doesn't even have a connection to it. Simply the neck that slides through the counter top. Bought two of these (double basin vanity), and not a week later the other one started to do the same thing. Odd European or Asian threads. Cannot match or retro fit standard parts from any supply house or pluming shop. Amazon has flooded the market with cheap Chinese made pluming fixtures. Buyer be ware.

The faucet is beautiful and looks great. It is made for a widespread faucet which can range in how far they are spread. We have a basic vanity with normal width and the tubing for the water that goes under the counter was so extremely short in length that we could not use it. We had to buy our own. It was not even long enough to go from the center faucet over to the handles.

I do like the look of this faucet, and the price was certainly right. The only problem (and I didn't know enough to catch it) is that this one does not come with a drain. You will not be able to install until you can fiingnd one that matches...which I did on Amazon. We've had it for two years and still happy.

The small pieces(4) on the handles are apparently screwed in and keep coming loose and falling off. a hazard for falling into sink and down the drain. looks nice. wish the handles were slightly larger.

The two fausets were ordered for a new construction home. It took months before they were installed. When tested, one works great, the other will not shut off on the hot water side. The plumber attempted to repair it. Found the washer defective. Has never seen an assembly such as it. This washer is not secured by a screw but held in place by a plastic ring.Since the return date is long gone, I need to find a repair kit.At this point I would not recommend thisproduct to anyone.Update: I was ask the model and they said they could provide repair parts. They never replied when I agreed that would help. Customer service seems to be as crappy as the product. Looks like I will have to replace the pair out of pocket. Not a happy camper!!! Would never recommend this vendor!

I purchased the brass finish and it looks as beautiful as pictured. It has a nice heavy solid feel. The finish is a beautiful oil rubbed brass, perfect for a historic home. My home is over 100 years old so it's ideal. I have the shower version as well and the on/off are in opposite directions so that took time to adjust to but not a deal breaker. I did notice the lever to open/close the drain is not connected. I don't know if that's due to a lazy plumber or not.I would definitely purchase this again and recommend it to others. I've received compliments from everyone. I LOVE IT!!

I would say this is a nice faucet for the price. Much cheaper than other name brands. It looks great and functions well. I would install the hoses as seen in my picture to prevent kinks. Only complaint is that the knobs open opposite ways. I feel like they should both open counter clockwise.
